Very clean and cozy home

House itself is very clean! Very outdated. Looks like its fresh out of the 70's/80's. It says its walking distance from the beach which is true but it makes it sound like there is beach access from the property which there isnt. You would have to walk on the 2 lane road which isnt safe. There is no cell phone service even on their wifi. Theres only 1 tv in the house and it is hard to use. Even when we tried to log into our netflix, everything needs a passcode and i wasn't given one. Plus side is everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. The stove takes forever to cook on the oven took a long time just to pre heat. The listing says 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is one bathroom in the master bedroom, one in the hallway and a half bath in the cold garage. Almost all the cabinets have bicycle locks on it. It didnt feel very homey at all. Felt cold and uninviting.

Home very clean and well stocked with any thing we needed. Wonderful to be so close to beach to walk. Very quite and just a few miles to town.

House is dated but good size for the price.Not good for bike riding from. Stairs to beach are very long. No walk in shower (except in garage).

I loved how close the beach was, town was only 10 minutes away, and the house has everything you could need. The wifi is ok, I have 3 teenagers constantly on their phones or tablet so on the last day I got a text from the owner about us exceeding the monthly data limit, so we switched to hotspot and that worked great. The house was pretty clean. I did notice some stains on the bedding of one of the window beds and unfortunately it was sewed onto the pad so I couldn’t take it off and wash it. We ended up covering it with blankets and moved on. Other than that the house was clean and perfect for us.

Roomy and comfortable house for my family of 5! Loved the neighborhood as well and the private beach access! Would definitely stay again!

Super relaxing. Beautiful, quiet beach front neighborhood. Nice homes, spacious, landscaped yards, sounds of the surf and immediate beach access. 3 bedroom house was huge for just the two of us.

The property is neat and surfaces are clean, good kitchen set up. It's very quiet, easy access to the beach and easy to find. The outdated stove top, mildewy washer and poor wifi was a dissappointment. The third bathroom is in the garage, super funky and in cold weather would be a problem to use. Would not stay there again unless the appliances are updated and wifi issue are resolved.

This is a beautiful , well maintained and well appointed property. We loved eating on the deck where we were keeping company with the nesting swallows. Wildlife viewing in the yard’s large meadow included birds , deer, and a fox. The quiet location near Seaside Beach was great for our 3 generation family.

We stayed here with our family for a handful of days and then house had all the amenities. It was an amazing setting cozy and peaceful. We will definitely love to go back again!

One of the nicest homes we have stayed. The close by beach was to to pretty. Home was extra clean.. loved the stay.

The property is located on a quiet away from town. Which I wanted was to spend time together with grandkids and daughter. Close to the beach.

Great location, very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. House was clean and all utilities were in working condition.

My family and I had a great time here. Perfect area a little outside of Fort Bragg. Clean, and Comfy.

Walking distance to private beach, nice quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from town. If you are looking for a covid safe, relaxing trip, this is a good option. House was loaded/well equipped although dryer was broken. Tv option wasn't spectacular but who needs that when you are so close to the beach?

The house is nice, but dated.

My husband, our two grandsons, and I had a wonderful stay. Our eight year old said "it was like a luxury motel" only better. It was a nice, clean, nicely decorated place and close to the ocean.

This house was the perfect location for our short trip to Fort Bragg. It has it's own private beach access, offers wonderful amenities, and was extremely clean. If you are looking for a great spot for your next trip, I highly recommend Dolphin Manor!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dolphin Manor! The house is very well kept and very clean! Very easy and short walk to a private beach which was amazing with kids! Definitely would love to come back and stay again.

We rented this house for a small family get together to celebrate my moms 80th birthday and year and a half late due to the pandemic. Loved the patio out back. The house was well equipped and clean. The decor was early 80s but we liked it. I was like stepping back in time. Had an issue with the oven but they sent someone right away and got it working. Great customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house in a very nice location. We enjoyed beach combing, long walks, watching the pelicans and. listening to the surf at night. Has a well equipped kitchen, but had trouble with oven on our last day. It was late so we did not bother to contact property manager.

Great location close to the beach and a wonderful place to relax

Was originally looking for a house on the beach, this one looked a little plain from the outside but what a pleasant surprise! It was very clean, very comfortable and a short walk to a great beach. The kitchen was well stocked,bedrooms were very clean and comfortable ( A nice touch to have soap and shampoo and conditioner in the showers) and a beautiful setting. If I had to find one thing to improve on it would be may be better Wi-Fi service but wouldn’t prevent me from going back. The house is very light inside and kept up very well. Loved that you could hear the ocean and have a partial view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this wonderful House.

Knocked it down a star due to TV, and Wifii were a little weak.

My family of 4 spent the week of Christmas 2020 at this home. We had a wonderful time! We loved the quietness of the place and the fact that a sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away! This house was built circa 1985 and other than the refrigerator (approx 10 years old) everything else is around 35 years old, but still works (just barely!).

Place was dated but very clean. There were six of us and a baby and never once did we feel cramped. Kitchen he everything in it we needed to cook at home. Highly recommend. :)

Our group of two small families really enjoyed our stay at this house. The highlight was the location and private beach. I’m not sure if it’s listed on the online page, but there are a lot of stairs getting down to the beach. It worked great for our group but anyone with mobility issues might need to drive to another beach. The house was as described with a well stocked kitchen. We did have Internet connection issues while we were there. The management was very quick in replying to us about it. There were quite a few dead bugs throughout the house and we let management know to address that with their house cleaners before the next renters stay there.
