Nice property. Location is great for access to the pool and the beach. We enjoyed both. It is a bit of a drive to anywhere, including the grocery. It was clean and as advertised. Check out instructions very simple. Staff was responsive to any questions or problems. I would say there were some little things that could be improved, such as there were no scissors in the unit, the kitchen utensils were worn down and sets incomplete, and no real supplies or condiments. That’s not a game changer but would have been nice to know prior to arriving.

The whole experience of renting this property was exceptional. The staff were very responsive prior to and during our stay. The property was very clean and spacious.

My husband and i stayed here with our 19yo son on his spring break. The villa is very clean and updated. The owner and management staff are very responsive and pleasant. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king beds with memory foam toppers - very comfortable. There is a loft with bunk beds. 3 Full bathrooms made it so there was no line for the shower after a day at the beach or pool. The villa is equipped with several amenities including hairdryer, umbrella, coffee maker and blender for frozen drinks! The zoned A/C units were very efficient and worked well. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient - did not have to pack as much. It was very relaxing to sit on one of the 2 decks and enjoy the sunset while reading a book. The complex is very large and it was fun renting a golf cart and ride around looking at the golf course, beaches and million dollar homes. There is also a forest with a raised walkway to explore. There are multiple great restaurants that are within walking distance if taking the path by the beach. We had a great time and would definitely return... hated to leave.
