This house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is nice as we were right down the street from a nice little park and boat ramp which made for great people watching. The check in/out process was super easy and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is immaculate with tasteful decor. Communicating with Susanne was very easy as she responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again, if we re-visit the area.

We had a great stay. Cycled to Botanical Gardens, 360 Marketplace, the Pickleball Complex, and through the Isles of Collier Preserve. Had breakfast daily on the lanai. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Rental property was beautiful and clean. The attention paid to details was good. Was well furnished and generally comfortable. Some suggestions might be sectional seating in living area and a better TV with cable.

This delightful beach house was filled with charm and stocked with everything we needed for the perfect Naples getaway. Every room is exquisitely decorated in soothing pastels. The beds and bathrooms are heavenly. The cozy den is perfect for family game nights. We enjoyed the gorgeous weather sunning ourselves on comfy lounging chairs in the covered lanai. We grilled and dined outside every night with a gulf breeze blowing gently. The kitchen is loaded with amenities -- including a massive refrigerator, large stovetop, and beautiful dinnerware. Bonus: It's a quick stroll to Bayview Park and a quick bike ride (bikes provided!) to the Naples Botanical Gardens. Jackpot: If you are a pickleball fanatic, the East Naples Community Park is right around the corner to feed your addiction!

It was our second time there, we loved this house, the location, the communication with the owner and Patty who’s take care of the house. We’ll be back soon!

Overall we all were extremely pleased by this property. The location worked well for us. A short walk to the park was very nice. The bait shop down the street, oddly, was fantastic. They have fresh fish on fridays. Be aware the line forms early. The only issue i had was that i was charged for two extra guests. We had four in our party. I do not believe that would have changed my selection but it would have been nice to have had a better explanation in the details. Will i look at this property on my next trip to naples…you bet!

My siblings and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. The location is perfect, close to a lot, including a beautiful park at the end of the street. The house us gorgeous and has everything you need.

This beautiful property is conveniently located for quick access to 5th Ave, the beach and Sugden Park which is one of our favorite parks in the area. There is a marina at the end of the street where you can enjoy watching shore birds, sunset and boating activities. The traffic can be busy on weekends with boat trailers up and down the street. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed manys evenings on the lanai.

The house was very cute! Nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable! Loved the patio! Would come back on our next trip!

this was an amazing experience, the house was amazingly clean, the decoration was so tasteful and beautiful, all was new and the cottage feels so cozy at every corner of the place, the kitchen has every tool you need, the location was perfect close to fifth avenue and the restaurants. and the hostess has bikes we used every morning around the neighborhood, the cottage is close to the botanical garden like a walking distance, the area is quiet and we had a peaceful nights. and the hostess was very helpful at every step of the rental process and always answer all my questions, I recommend this place 100% is beautiful clean just like the pictures which is not always the case. Great experience , I will come back for sure.

Rental was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated and the kitchen had all the essentials. The house was within walking distance to the marina perfect for boat lovers like us.

This was our second trip staying at this rental. We picked it again because of the great value (cramped hotel room, or pay just a little more for a full house and kitchen. It was a no-brainer for us) The location and neighbors are absolutely quiet and peaceful. The nights are so peaceful with no noise and very little light pollution. A Publix is nearby along with several restaurant choices and plenty of Doordash choices. The beach is a short drive away (just make sure you get to the parking lot before 10 AM to get a good spot) and the supplied quality beach chairs and umbrellas available for use made our beach visits even more relaxing. There are also bikes available, though we never used them. Sidewalks are everywhere, so we were able to get in daily walks or runs exploring the area around the house. We paid extra for the hot tub, and enjoyed soaking when we weren't exploring. My only advice to make your time on the patio even more perfect is to bring sheets and clips to give a bit more privacy with the house next door. We never saw the neighbor, and they always had their blinds closed, but we just felt better having a bit of a privacy screen (the pictured privacy screen was moved to the garage) You can't go wrong with this beautiful house. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of consumables, high-speed internet, Nice big Roku TVs in the living area and master bedroom, and a incredibly comfortable couch make this a wonderful stay! Our small family of 5 stayed in this very comfy, cozy, clean house. The owners have beach chairs and umbrellas you can take to the beach. Short drive to any of the naples beaches. Nice area.

This house is a gem. Everything was as advertised. Beautifully appointed, comfortable furniture and beds, spotless clean, gorgeous deck and hot tub. The cruiser bikes were a wonderful perk. I rode to and from the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships every day (1-1/2 miles away). Close to Naples beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Would love to rent again. We loved our stay at this property. It had very nice decorations, was newly remodeled and in a quiet location of Naples. The patio was great, small but very well decorated and comfortable. The neighbors are very close but keep their window shades down on the patio side, so it feels very private. We would very much recommend this property!

Nice location, sometimes instead of the beach, we just rode bikes to the boat launch and watched the boats go by. Much less fuss and still enjoying the sun, breeze and view! Hot tub was nice too!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach-style home near the bay. It is new, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and a short distance to Bayfront Park. We enjoyed relaxing in the lanai and hot tub, and took many walks to watch the boats, and also the pelicans. We rode bikes to Sudgen Park, Naples Botanical Garden, and to different restaurants. The house is well stocked, and we appreciated how comfortable and at-home we felt. Susanne is friendly, very helpful, and responsive. We definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again.
