Location was great

The location was great. Firstly we were told in the message that we needed a parking permit to park in the property. We looked everywhere but failed to find the permit. So we rang the number provided to ask about permit. My husband was instructed to find the permit in a mail box in the building. He was looking around for it everywhere for a good while. He rang again to ask about it only to be told that we didn’t need one and that was a mistake as it was for a different property. The Wi-Fi was also kept disconnecting whilst being used. The place itself wasn’t the worse. But it really needs a deep clean. The floors were dirty and the pull out couch had loads of food and dirt under it. The cutlery & plates were greasy we washed everything before using it. The bed made so much noise with any type of movement and kept on waking our baby up. We brought our own pack n play with us which was good at least we knew that was clean. As we had our 2 month old baby with us. We weren’t expecting anything fancy. Just something functional and clean. At least we got one of those during our stay.

the tv remotes didn’t work, the refrigerator needed defrosted, the bathtub had a very slow drain you were standing in water while you showered and there were things left in the nightstand draw from the previous guests.

This property is in a quiet area that is close to the strip, but is tucked away enough to keep you from the noise, etc. Both pools are clean, and the indoor pool is heated. The bathroom is large. We did not have to check in and out with anyone at the facility. The owner provides all information through the Booking app, including the passcode to the door.

As a preference, I didn’t like the mattresses. The king mattress is very loud when you move at all, and it was not comfortable to either of us. The bunk bed mattresses are hard; however, one of my teens liked the firmness and one did not. Towels were provided, and one cosmetic washcloth. I never asked why there were no wash cloths, but if you don’t have loofahs, you may need to.

dirty, uncomfortable beds, musty smell, all cookware was filthy, trash and dirty clothing from previous guests found in room, under beds, on tables. no parking pass ever received even after multiple calls. vending machines did not work, could not access pool even though it was open because no key or access code or anything was provided.

Great location, nice pool, nice room layout, great price.

Had to request housekeeping because there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathtub when we got there, trash under the bed, only one TV remote worked, and a lamp was out in the bedroom. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and some of the cups were filthy.

Great location to just take off walking to go in shops or to eat.

The balcony was facing a building not the creek.

We loved that it was right in the middle of Gatlinburg we could walk everywhere and did not have to worry about where we were going to park or pay for parking. well worth the money. We were 3 adults and 4 kids and we fit good. Another great thing was the heated pool kids loved it!

The only thing I can think of is it is a little dated.

Place is smaller than the pictures indicate. No plug for the bathtub, so had to use wash cloth. Listing indicates oven, but there is no oven, only stove top and microwave. Kitchen and kitchenware needs a good deep cleaning, pots, pans, colander and dish rack were still greasy, we had to clean before using. Kitchen is very tight with the bunk beds and table.

We enjoyed being able to walk to everything in Gatlinburg. The condo provided ample room for our family to sit and watch tv at night.

The bed was very noisy. It makes it hard on a light sleeper.

I liked the cost, but not at the expense of quality. There were some improvements to the unit but still needs more. Loved the location.

The tub and sink need to be updated. The exterior needs updated. The fridge needs replaced. It was frozen over in the freezer and in the refrigerator part. Bed was so hard was not able to get any good sleep.

Very spacious and in walking distance of main attractions. Pools were a nice addition!

The location was great. Close to the Main Street of Gatlinburg.

The beds were quite noisy. I think the age of the mattresses for both the king bed and the bunk beds made them very noisy when we moved around at night. That was a huge reason I rated this property as “fair.”

Location was great! Indoor pool was awesome but kiddie pool was too cold.

We needed more towels, we had 6 guests and only 4 towels. Called at 8:15 PM on a Saturday night because we went swimming and they told us nobody was there to give us more so we would have to wait till the following morning. TVs were entirely too small for both the living room and bedroom. The shower held water if it was on, we had to stop showering and let it drain or it would have overflowed. The stove eyes only worked on high or not even enough to cook. Outdated furniture, mattresses need replacing, all tables were wobbly. Great location and perfect indoor pool but the kiddie pool was too cold.
