Availability of shuttle; willingness to store luggage

Near airport, breakfast was very good.

Parking was very tight. Lights in room only went on when the hotel card was inserted into a holder. This is problematic when part of the family stays in the room but one person needs to leave with the card.

shuttle from/to T1 only planes landing nearly in hotel patio ;-). Noisy in their garden, ok in room rooms on top floor too hot , airco did not work correcty, we had to ask for a room on ground floor

The air conditioning was hot, and there was no refrigerator in the room. We had medicines that needed a cool place. We could not sleep all night because of the heat, also when we opened the window, we suffered from the sounds of the planes. we informed the reception, they told us that this is the highest capacity for Air Condition. It is was a triple night.

I loved having a private patio attached to my room. Also, I enjoyed the hotel's outside seating opportunity downstairs for everyone to enjoy; very nice, clean, comfortable. The airport shuttle is very efficient.

Location is convenient, but not great. ( industrial )

Maybe I was unlucky. Long long cue to get my room keys. In the room AC not working, so quite impossible to sleep

-Hotel is clean -Most staff were friendly -Breakfast buffet is good

-Requested early check in 12-1pm (Instead of 4pm) received an email stating they would attempt to accommodate this request or a fee would be charged. Arrived at 9am to leave my bags and went into Frankfurt until 2pm. When I arrived at 2pm and requested an early check in (even offering to pay extra) I was told “absolutely not”.

air conditioning was broken at an airport location where windows cannot be opened. we were in a heatwave but staff weee nonchalant about this, as in yes we know the problem but it seems like it’s been like this forever and they have no intention to do anything about it. same thing with the sauna that did not work.

The bathroom has a bad smell…

Frequency of Shuttle bus service is a bit few.

Very convenient being able to catch the airport shuttle in both directions! My room was very warm and the front desk staff person lent me a fan which was much appreciated!

The rooms need air conditioning

This is an excellent choice for an airport hotel. The Shuttle was on time (both from and to the airport), convenient and the pick-up at the airport was easy to find with accurate instructions from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very professional and courteous. The room was spacious, with a window that opened, a comfortable bed and a very good shower. There is a very pleasant outdoor terrace adjacent to the bar/dining room.

It was very hot outside and the air conditioning in the room did not seem to be very effective. I did not look into it, as it was late, and so don't know if it could have been resolved. While the meal I had at the restaurant was good (I had the cheeseburger), there are few options on the menu, especially if you don't feel like meat.
