Clean hotel, great breakfast, good location - view of Osho garden.

Too much plastic waste with plastic bottles. Can look to make it more sustainable. Toilet paper is too soft, like make up tissue remover.

The service this year was not as good as the previous years. The breakfast was good but no much choice of fruit. In India with so many different types of fruit it’s strange. Last year the choice was a lot more. Spa is expensive for what they offer I’m still waiting for my bill which the receptionist said she would send to me via email. Still waiting

Fantastic hotel, with spacious clean rooms. Multiple dining options, a lovely bar and large swimming pool. The gym was fully equipped. The Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast spread was absolutely fabulous. All in all, had a great experience.

Should have a few additional indoor games, like ping pong table, pool table etc.

Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere: reception, housekeeping, bar, breakfast and Chinese restaurants. Also special requests are fulfilled quick and efficiently. Modern, friendly reception area, very nice bar and Chinese Restaurant. The hotel has its own hotel car which is very clean, reliable and priced fairy.

The room is very functional, very clean has everything you expect but is quite old fashioned compared to the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I used the gym a lot and the high-powered steam cabin was a treat for a traveler with a jet lag.

The hotel was built in the seventies. Where the general spaces downstairs are nice, the rooms have been left behind. While I was there (four nights), there were multiple power cuts (around 15 I would guess). Both in my room (due to the card-reader malfunctioning) and in the hotel at large, making remote working and calls a real challenge. The rooms are very sparse, looking around you would guess you'd be in a 3-star.

The best part of the hotel was the service: consistently competent; friendly and most importantly warm. It gave the feeling of being part of a family. Of particular note, the service staff at the restaurant was outstanding--warm; pro-active and very attentive. The food in the restaurant was very good--like mom made. And the evening ambiance for a glass of wine was terrific I had a great time there. I will recommend it to all my friend and definitely return when I am next in Pune. Milind RAO
