The hotel is in a good location, on a pedestrianized area not far from Taksim Square. The rooms are well insulated from outside noise and we were never disturbed during the night. Comfortable beds. We got a great view of the Bosphorus from our window. Very helpful staff.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It's a walking distance from Taksim Square and plenty of shops and restaurants around it.

Overall was a good experience, but the breakfast food selection could be improved.

i like all anout this hotel,, since day one we arrived,,, the employee was very nice and helpful.... especially mr. Batuhan,, he is very helpful formus since we were travel with 2 kids. the location really great,, only walking a few minute to istiqlal street,, only 5 minutes away from taksim square but still quite so you can rest comfortbly . ❤️

Hotel need renovation ASAP , pictures in Booking.com or any site and deceiving your customers and people in general, this not right , receptionist told me that he upgraded my room which he's very Profesional in laies, mater fact he downgraded my room . Very bad experience.

Great Hotel. All staff is friendly and helpful specially Ms. Fundo. Also location is the best. its near Metro station (Taksim M2) and in center of Taksim Square. I recommend this hotel for family trips. for sure any future visit I will book this facility!
