Amazing location, clean.

You can hear every noise from the other rooms and people yelling on the balcony. Loud Cleaning and banging on the walls was happening at 8am. One lady at reception needs to find a new job, spoke to her a few times she wasn’t super pleasant. It wasn’t clear that Airport transfers needed to be booked 4 days in advance.

The location and the views are incredible. Great place to enjoy the surrounding nature and crystal clean water. Very friendly staff.

Lovely location, literally 2 min away from the beach. Room was exactly as described. We found that we had to ask the reception stuff quite a few questions, but otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel has an old feeling, there are two buildings, one with the reception and where you have breakfast and it is first line in sight with the ocean/cala, then they have another building behind where we stayed that has the pool which has a feeling of abandoned. It was a mixed feeling, I'm afraid. For sure we have stayed in far better hotels during our 2weeks vacation paying same price, so it was a little bit of a desapoitment, also lack of some management responsible team. We had an issue that needed to be solved with someone of responsibility and there was no one, just the receptionist, that hadn't the power to make decisions, little bit frustrating. We still are waiting for management to send reply to our complaint, until today no word... The location is great, and has a lot of potencial, need some work and love.

The staff in general could be more friendly, the hotel is not up to modern standards and the staff could make this fact less important just by being more friendly and open to the customers

I love the location... we had the beach right in front of the hotel and we were close to orher calas.

If you are like me that after a hot sweaty day.... you want to return to a cool room to shower and rest then this hotel is not for you. Since our arrival we enter into a steamy room, when i question the receptionist she responded that there was nothing she could do... they had been trying to fix it. Two days later the same situation occurred. We ended up moving to a different hotel for our last night. Do not recommend this place, not worth your money.

Nice get away from the hustle of Palma City. Only 2 minutes to the beach and 15 euros to hire a bike for a day. Highly recommend the massage lady (book in advance as she gets busy!) - Food was very good, I went with half board which I'd recommended as there were only 2 other restaurants within walking distance. Pool area well kept and rarely found it difficult to secure a bed.

Bed was a little too firm however acceptable. I was woken up by my neighbours dog that was allowed to stay in the hotel.

tasty ,varied generous breakfast ,dinner . helpful friendly staff , Patricia reception she could help with everything . environment is nice . beach is close water is clear . quiet not crowded place .

The balcony view was amazing. Quiet room, modern and comfy. The bathroom was really fresh and modern too. Really impressed and would recommend.
