Location is central surrounded by many shops and restaurabts. Qualty of flat in general good, very well functioning air condition.

Pool is badly maintes, dirty, not being cleaned, not even sure someone puts in enough chlorine. In addition it has quite some safety traps. Tiles at the stairs are broken, our kids got both deep cuts. At the shower area there are traps of water drainage. Some parts of the pool area are not accessible as broken no one is fixing it. Door to the pool was broken one day and access completely blocked. Area is full of trash and cat pee/ poop. Washing mashine in the appartment was molding. Cleaniness of the floor could be improved, was still with sand when we arrived.

There was no sun loungers at the pool. Not much storage space for clothes in bedrooms

Price and location

Customer service at the front desk. It was not the right approach since we arrived they made the verification process quite complex. We stayed 3 nights and the air conditioning the 3 nights stopped working at 1 am. After the first night we asked if they could go check if something was wrong or if it the ac was programmed to stop working because the only the fan was on, so it was quite hot between 1am to 10 am. They told us everything was alright and it was not needed it to check around. On the other side, everything was great, the kitchen, pool, balcony, security, location and most important the price. I would definitely repeat again.

The location was great.

Apartment was filthy,AC didn't work,WiFi didn't work. Pool and pool area was filthy , cockroaches everywhere,beer bottles,used tissues ,teenagers playing football in the pool constantly,a ball came onto our balcony and hit my five year old son in the face, dirty mattress protectors.

in the old part of Salou so quiet (thankfully) great cafes and bars in the vicinity. very handy to collect keys. 200 m walk away—friendly helpful staff.

Perfect for the price. The space, cleanliness, climatisation and the location is ideal for 4.

Noisy street

Absolutely brilliant holiday from start tp finish this was made so easy by the host who was lovely. I cant recommend this apartment or this company enough. We are rebooking we loved it.

Everything was perfect

The apartments are well equipped and clean and have a huge balcony. The location is central to the old town of Salou with shops, supermarkets bars and restaurants nearby. A perfect base for those wishing to explore Salou, enjoy the pool or the beach, or perhaps go to Port Aventura for the day. The only negative comment would that the check in, check out times are among the most restricted I have ever seen. That said, we were allowed into the apartment in the morning. This would be a problem for guests staying in busy periods.

I liked the appartment and the pool. The host is good too. The location is good - close to amenitites shops and restaurants and the beach too. The balcony is so nice! If you're on the top floor you get a roof terace too! That is sooo nice can't describe it!

It can be a bit noisy at night as the rubish collecting lories are active after midnigh. The wi-fi was not great so I had to use my roaming allowence (did end up going above...)
