Arrived at the hotel late at night, but the front desk staff was really kind, and check-in was really easy!

Convenient as it was kinda near to the airport. Arriving at midnight with no public transport it helps to stay nearby.

The surrounding area was mainly bars and pubs which would be great for solo travelers. It was overall very convenient with 24hr marts and noodle shops.

The location, near to airport 10 mins drive. Near to subway, exit no 1 then walk 10-15 mins arrive hotel. We asked help from counter staff to call taxi for us at 330 am to go to airport. We pay one taxi 11,000kW ride to airport.

Check in process took long time because staff not really understand english. But not really a big problem.

There were bed bugs which ruined my experience. Did not realize until the third & last night but woke to bites all over my body

Location was in the city center. The room was simple but I was provided good amenities. For people who want to have a staycation, the TV in the room was fairly large.

The name listed is inconsistent with the name in front of the hotel (DK Hotel) so it was confusing at first but the pictures provided in the hotel information was same as the hotel front.

The location is great near to many wonderful restaurants. Staff there are very friendly and helpful.

They stopped offering shuttle service to the terminal so what is the point? We had to call a taxi at 3:30am and the driver charged extra and ended up paying usd20 for a quick drive to the airport. Unless it offers a free shuttle bus again it is better to stay in a nice hotel paying more which offers a free shuttle. The driver for the taxi - we did not like the driver as he was asking too many unnecessary questions and also asked us to pay cash.

Very convenient to the airport has its own shuttle. This was a one night layover for my family. it was very inexpensive. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing you get what you pay for.

We chose the Airtel simply because of its proximity to Incheon Airport . . . but it turned out that it was a great hotel in its own right! It is clean, comfortable and right next to local shops, bars and restaurants. It is so convenient for the station at Unseo (which provides easy access to Seoul and beyond) and the Airtel also offers an amazing FREE shuttle right to the terminal. Given that the hotel is excellent value anyway, this is a big bonus!
