Frühstück prinzipiell vielfältig, aber sehr schlecht organisiert: es waren immer wieder Dinge aus und das Personal wirkte total überfordert

バスタブ有なので予約したのだが、実際は、シャワーでした。バスタブの部屋に変えてはもらったが、シングル2台が引っ付いた部屋で空きスペースがなく手狭だった。

الموقع سيء جدًا و يبعد عن الاماكن السياحة لا يقل عن ساعة. المفرش لم يتم تغييره طوال فتره الإقامة. الستاره وسخه. بجانبه ميترو فصوت الازعاج والهزيز. الخدمة ذاتيه لا يوجد مساعده من العاملين. يحتاج إلى اعاده ترميم.

조식 이틀 먹었는데 다양하게 좋았어요~ 구디역 근처에 맛집이 많아서 저녁 해결하고 오기에도 좋았습니다! 침대 하나에 세 식구(자녀 10세) 잤는데 하나도 좁지 않았어요~ 만족합니다^^

방 크기가 상대적으로 작았어요~ 그런데 서울 여행하러 온 거라 저녁에 쉬고 잠만 자기에는 별 무리가 없었습니다.

毎日水がもらえて嬉しかったです。 いつも綺麗にしていただけて快適でした。 両替もできて便利でした。 リムジンバスが近くで停まるのでキャリーを引いていてもすぐに着いてよかったです。

最寄駅からホテル側はあまりお店がないのでご飯を食べるなら逆側に出ないといけないです。

De locatie dichtbij metro was prima te doen, ook veel restaurants enzo, alleen weinig geldwisselkantoren of wasserettes. Verder prima te doen.

Accomodatie vind ik geen 4 sterren, verouderde meubilair met vieze vlekken, vloeren en wanden verouderd. Entree deur klemt en hierdoor kreeg ik op een gegeven moment kramp ervan in mijn armen omdat je veel kracht moest zetten. Ook vond ik wat kleine beestjes in de badkamer, kleine keverachtige. Gordijnen zijn vreemd, de vitrage en de overgordijnen zijn aan elkaar vast, dus je kan geen vitrage dichtdoen overdag. Heel vervelend als je je wil aankleden in je kamer en toch privacy wil. Daarnaast vind ik het vreemd dat ze geen roomservice hebben of dat je eten kan bestellen ofzo. Overall vond ik de prijs kwaliteit niet rijmen met elkaar.

窓から見える景色が良くなかった。 朝食も、宣伝のわりにあまり良くなかった、、ま、私はソウルではいつも中心地の5星ですから、今回は３泊のショートステイでビジネスホテルでしたから、若い方はそれなりに良いのでは❓

Close to public transport to get around the city easily and great accessibility from the airport. Lots of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the room had everything one needs. Would absolutely stay here again.

写真よりかなり部屋が古く感じた。壁紙が剥がれていたり、床の木の板が色褪せていたり、お風呂やトイレの清掃も甘くて汚い。ベッドは硬めで悪くなかったけど枕が臭かった。

I liked that the price was good

The room was dirty, floor not clean. The curtains were stained, bed smelled like it was not clean. The hallway smells like smokers, and dirty. The room smelled dirty. We had to buy spray to cover up the bad odor.

The toilet is always doesn’t working, the water flooded out and the room is dirty, the hotel information shown has laundry room but actually there didn’t has laundry room.

Overall the staff was very good especially when I needed someone to speak in English. There was an exceptional trainee (female) that I met when I first checked-in and she was so kind, she spoke and understood English really well, and had an exceptional attitude. One day, I needed a new comforter because there was a lipgloss stain on it and I called the front desk and this trainee said that she will bring me one from another room since the cleaning staff were off at that time. When she came to my room she was very nice and said that she checked to make sure that the new comforter was clean. Because of all of this I recommend her to be a full employee at this hotel. The hotel will benefit a lot from her and staff similar to her.

The food was terrible and this is the first time I’ve ever used this word in a review/feedback. The food I had at a dinner once was not fresh and it was shocking to pay such a big amount for food that wasn’t worth the price. Because of this experience, I never went back to the cafe. I feel like the cleaning staff could be better. In my case, I had to stay a few weeks at the hotel and I noticed that after a week the quality of my cleaning service for my room started to diminish, basically there was a point where the cleaning staff were not doing a good job like they used to. I also wanted to use the tv but when I go to the apps that were there I noticed that the guests that were in my room previously still had their accounts logged in. I find this a small security issue and also I didn’t know how to log out of these accounts to log into my account. I also feel like the towels should be replaced with new ones or better quality ones because there were some times when the hand towels looked too old and used up. I would suggest that the hotel have more staff that can speak and understand English really well. I know that this is Korea and the native language is Korean, but there are a lot of foreigners that come to Korea especially for tourism and not all of them know Korean, and it would be beneficial for the hotel to have more staff that have a proficiency in English because foreigners also deserve an exceptional experience like the Koreans.

Smaller room than expected and air conditioner was not great, it was too hot in our room, cannot go lower than 25 degrees, so need to ask the receptionist for electric fan at 02:00 in the morning as we cannot sleep properly.
