We were blown away with this home and how beautiful it was! It had everything you could ever ask for and the beds were so comfortable! There was a problem with the AC the first night and they took care of it very quickly! They are very attentive and hospitable. It is close to the beach and shops!

Fourth trip to AMI. This is a great house and a great location. The house is excellent - four adult bedrooms + kids bunk rooms. Mattresses all seem a bit worse for the wear, but otherwise the place feels new. Pool is excellent, but I think looked larger in the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked with the necessities. Of our four trips to AMI, this house was as good as we’ve gotten.
Special shout out to the hosts who managed to find us a new grill on Memorial Day when the existing house grill turned out to be rusted through and unusable.

AMAZING!!
Excellent property, excellent location, excellent everything! Our family of 9 stayed here and love the kayaks, the pool and hot tub, and being able to walk everywhere! There are bikes if you want to explore more. Would 100% rent again. We miss being there already!

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for our group. The house feels new and clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, not a bad walk to the beach but you may want to rent a golf cart. The pool and hot tub were fantastic

Vacation finally
The house was well equipped and a wonderful layout. I have only two complaints. It should never be said it has a grill. Yes there is physically one there but it doesn’t function. Only half of the three burners works. Very tedious I as glad I hadnt planned chicken I’d been up all night. And more silverware please. We had to wash knives after every meal. Pool was fabulous and we brought a boat so the dock was past handy.

A group of 11 of us rented this property to celebrate our 50th birthdays. House and property was gorgeous and well kept, location was perfect with beaches and shops all walkable, we used the indoor and outdoor space to the max. A few had to sleep in the bunk beds but we made it work. Overall a fantastic property and trip!

Great location, great house
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is the perfect location in Anna Maria, walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We will be back.

When we got there it was a lovely house, the pool looked great and was in walking distance to the beach. After a few days we started to find small issues like the door handle broken and half missing, lip stick on "clean" wine glasses, uncomfortable beds, not all rooms had blinds, chips in tile in the pool that broke pool floats, washing machine set to rinse and spin before we used it which made us questions how clean linens were and the last night a cockroach in the bedroom. Than there were severe issues like water coming into the first level of the house from a wall and the pool heater was broken. We did send an email about pool heater and other things, to see if we could get the pool heated, however nobody came to fix it. Great decorations, not great quality.

Beautiful Vitamin Sea
The house was beautiful. Pool, hot tub, and outside seating area was perfect. Everything was clean and well stocked. The house is in a great location on the north side of the island within walking distance to public beaches, restaurants, and shops. Linens were high quality, good water pressure, and awesome for each bedroom to have an en-suite bathroom. Despite having hardwood floors throughout, noise didn’t seem to travel through the walls and between floors. The elevator was really nice for hauling in and out luggage. Vitamin Sea was perfect for our family getaway with people ranging from 2 to 65 years old. Many times, rental houses barely meet expectations based on photos. This property was even more beautiful and stunning than the pictures! Do yourself a favor and rent here!

Beautiful home!
We totally enjoyed our stay. We are four retired couples who vacation together annually. Loved the elevator for upstairs access. All bedrooms had en-suite baths which is a must for us. Spent lots of time in the beautiful pool and hot tub. Home was furnished beautifully and kitchen well stocked if you want to cook. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely come back to this home in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week in Anna Maria!!

Great getaway
We had three families with 6 kids stay in your house and we all had a great time!! The set-up was perfect for our group. We loved all the outside space but we were a little disappointed that the grill struggled to cook our food so we ended up needing to cook some in the oven. Emma was great to communicate with, and handled a couple hiccups we had. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our family trip here. House is spacious, modern, clean, and the pool and hot tub are awesome. House is well-stocked. We loved riding the bikes. The elevator was a huge plus for our elderly Nana. Only negatives- The TV in the master does not work and the WiFi is not great.

Wonderful weekend
We rented a beautiful five bedroom home with a five minute walk to the bay 12 minute walk to the golf. The house was beautiful and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful home, great location
We had a great stay at this amazing home. The outdoor space was great and the house had everything one would need. Only issues that popped up were with internet and TVs not working in a few rooms. It was not the end of the world that this could not be fixed, but we were not updated on what was happening and had to reach out. For the cost, we would have expected better service.

Wonderful week!!
The house was perfect for our family of twelve. Everyone enjoyed the pool, and the kayaks, bikes were a nice surprise. The boat dock was an added benefit for us. The only complaint was a week was not long enough. The property manager Emma was very helpful.
