Pas d eau chaude, petit déjeuner simple , la base

tout était parfait , l'accueil, les services, le repas au restaurant de l"'hôtel délicieux et à un tarif très raisonnable. la situation près du téléphérique,

l 'eau froide... et petit déjeuner pas extra ordinaire, disons très basique par rapport au reste de l’hôtel.

La amabilidad

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Good location for us, not too far from a cable car. We were able to late check out so we didn’t have to hang at the bus station all evening for our night bus.

The wifi was hit and miss, mostly miss (we were on the 10th floor so this could have played a part). The hot water was hit and miss too.

The bedroom was very clean and good location. Very close to city center and purple teleférico station.

The breakfast was not bad, although my friends were asked to get omelette and eggs, however I couldn’t get them because nobody ask me and there was nobody checking the tables (they got their breakfast 15 minutes before me). I was on time, approximately at 8:15 am… Also we were in different rooms, at night time they were asked for heating. Nobody rang me to ask anything…it was cold so I would have liked someone to ring me too to ask me.

The bed was very comfortable

the bathroom window didn’t have a curtain or something to cover, it was a little bit scary because the neighbors could watch me
