Everything was satisfactory

The location is great! This is the second time our family has stayed here. We will stay here again. Just not in condo 503.

Someone was able to unlock the door and walk in on our family. They had the room the night before. Door codes should be changed after each guest. The pull out bed was broken. As was the back on the recliner.

We thought the chalet building, pool, hot tub and location were awesome! We saw bear in the parking lot every night and that was cool. The view from the parking lot and our chalet room was beautiful! The walk into downtown Gatlinburg wasn’t too bad either for us, but could be hard on some folks. The beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. The room was clean with an awesome view, but very dated and disappointing as far as the looks of the chalet rooms.

The bedrooms rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very dated and needed repairs and updates. It needed wall patching, painting, flooring, trim repairs. The recliner was broken. There were lots of small imperfections that needed repairs. We couldn’t figure out how to get the fireplace going. So the room conditions were a disappointment. But it was a very good price for the condition of the chalet, which was nice we paid less. Basically you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a nice location and plan to only shower and sleep in the room and want a inexpensive place to stay this was it!

The location was perfect and so close to the strip. It was perfect for my weekend family vacation. There was plenty to do, the pool and hottub were nice. Parking was a Hassel, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I come to Gatlinburg at least once a year and this is where I plan to stay now.

The AC was dated and the condo didn't stay as cool as my family would have liked. The oven didn't work the first night when we got there, but luckily my stepdad was able to fix it so we could cook.

The only thing we liked about #503 was the location. 503 was really bad. What I liked is that we were moved to 401. 401 was so different. It was great. Everything seemed to be updated and in place. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner and a blower dryer. You can tell the owner took some pride in this specific condo. Very clean!!! It even had a hot tub.

The place was filthy. When we got there the patio was filthy. The carpet was filthy. Seemed as if it had not been vacuumed. No soap, shampoo, conditioner or blow dryer, no iron or ironing board. The microwave was not clean, the stove and oven were dirty. The trash can was dirty. The toaster was filthy, and we did not use it. The smoke alarms were pull from the wall, but functioning. The drains were slow to drain. There was a hair strand in the frig. Dishes left in dishwasher, The fan in the 2nd bedroom was full of dust. The trash can in the bathroom had hair on the bottom. Lastly the towels looked dirty and one even seemed used.

Great location

Place was dirty, very outdated, broken sofa bed and table chairs. Sink didn't drain properly.

The tv, plenty of beds and fold out couch, and outdoor porch.

There was a broken chair at the dining room table, only the top plug worked in all the outlets, there was no flat plan for baking. Also, there were no pot holders, I used a towel to get something hot out of the oven. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan, it got pretty hot in there too. The bathroom connected to the queen bedroom had a dirty washcloth on the tub when we arrived.
