Beautiful hotel

Hotel staff was helpful with anything i needed.

Anna at reception..nothing was too much trouble and always a smile on her face. A top class representative for your company. Her colleague was also very good but probably a little less experienced. They moved me from a smelly suite to a room that was cold but when I returned it was lovely and warm; a heater had been placed in there. The bed was quite soft but very comfortable. Sheets and towels and towelling robes were really clean and white and very pleasureable to have in the room. The people side is excellent.

The tea selection was mainly green tea which I don't drink and no milk powder (I am English ).Lighting was on the dim side for me. Breakfast egg sandwich was not what I expected. I expected egg+ mayonnaise + maybe chopped green onions or parsely. Pleasant but not really an egg sandwich. Drapes looks a little dated and tired. It is a long way from the centre of Kiev say 20 KMS.

The staff were fantastic.So polite and helpful.Always ready to assist when i needed a taxi.Lovely welcome with a drink of mulled wine upon checking in.And the bonus being given an upgrade to a suite.Just topped off a very memorable short stay.Well the bits i remember lol.Fantastic job well done!

Just the location really.But even that was over-comed by reliable and swift taxi service.And not very expensive.That is the only reason i gave a nine and not a ten rating.Overall though very satisfied.Thank you.

Room was clean. Staff friendly.

Location - quite far from the city. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel but the location doesn't suit.
