Чистые номера, хорошее спа.

Украли IPhone 14 Pro Max, а камеры в отсутствии света не работают.(Хотя странно что нет аккумуляторов для записи с камер). В итоге на територии отеля украли телефон, администрация ничем помочь не смогла. Как я понял это отличное место для кражи в отсутствие света, снимаете номер и обносите всех и все что видите (вас не найдут, вас не сдадут)

Spa, service and the room.

Breakfest was limited due to a lot of people, just leftovers were available.

The room was warm and clean.

The hotel entrance was almost impossible to find. Upon entry, the lobby (and, as it turned out, the upper floors) smelled horribly like the canteen of a retirement home. The receptionist condescendingly explained that "yes, because the restaurant is on this floor". Then, she advised that the pool (my main reason to choose the hotel) was unusable as the water was not warm enough. The spa was "working" but using it and its services required a prior booking of at least 6 hours. The corridor leading to the pool was congested with old furniture and served as storage room. The locker room next to the pool smelled like mould and was cold. The booklet with guest opinions and complaints hidden in a rack not far from the reception contained descriptions of the service as "disgusting". Checkout took place 30 minutes after checkin. This is not even a decent two-star hotel.

All the hotel staff and all the facilities are just fine.

In the days when Kyiv and rest of Ukraine have central electricity supply interruptions, the management of this hotel refuses to use private power generators (which they have) citing high costs 😂 This is in the time of year when other SPA hotels are fully booked and operate at full capacity. No wonder all the guests have run away from this one, I was literally the last guest to cancel my stay a few days earlier than intended. Looks like the top management of this hotel and/or it's owners are not good at what they do at all and need to be replaced ASAP 😉

The breakfast was very rich and varied. The breakfast was 5 star! The coffee was delicious! Freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices deserve special praise. Thanks to the hotel management, everything was at a good level!

it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location walkable to restaurants and market.

the pools were a little cold.
