Hotel Pensione Reale is a gem. It is beautifully decorated with ceramics from Vietri and my room had a fantastic view of the sea. Each of the staff were very kind, helpful and available. Annalise and Christina went out of their way to make sure I knew the schedules of boats, buses on each day that I ventured along the coast. Maiori is a beautiful town and the hotel is right on the beach, for the days you need to relax and freshen up with a swim. Everything you need is within a block of the Reale; a supermarket, fresh produce stand, restaurants, bus stops, and the tiny harbor to catch a boat to Capri or a ferry to any of the towns along Amalfi Coast. I loved being here. Mille grazie to all of the staff who made my stay a good one. I'll be back.

The good far out weighs any criticism. The only thing I would change is the bed. It was stiff. Firm but softer would be better. I will stay here again non the less.

Very clean hotel with excellent staff and perfect location. Lovely, delicious breakfast in the balcony with sea view. We arrived earlier than expected but the room was ready. They handled all our requests very flexibly, making our vacation perfect.

The position near the sea, transport links and local amenities. would much rather be based in Maori than in some of the other busier resorts. We loved our morning breakfasts in our room.

Location - easy walking from port and easy to find. Staff extremely nice and pleased to provide a nice stay. Nice and clean room with a balcony. Excellent breakfast and was served in our room.

The breakfast was fabulous, fresh and brought to our room. We could almost skip lunch. The staff was very friendly.

We arrived earlier than expected, but the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Parking was perfectly located right next to the hotel. Check-in and check-out procedures were very smooth, the staff was lovely. Breakfast was served in the bedroom and was also lovely. Great location as well, right in front of the beach, and although it's right on a big road, the room was quiet at night.

Centrally located right by the beach. 2.floor so great view over the ocean from the balcony. Nice clean rooms with good looking furniture. Huge and deliciuos breakfast and lots to choose from. Averall great experience considering the price. Good value for money.

Private parking is extra 15€. Using the private beach with sunchairs is another extra 20€. There is a free public beach very close by though. Due to the location by the beach and main road a lot of noise gets to the rooms. Windows could have been better. Also main door to the hallway/reception is quite thin so you get a lot of noise from there as well.

We have stayed at this hotel before and on our return Annalisa gave us the same room we had previously, which is the best room, fabulous stay, location and service from the Hotel Pensione Reale would strongly recommend this great hotel for your stay in Maiori

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony with an amazing sea view. There were chairs and a lounge chair so we could relax and enjoy the view and sea breeze. There was a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee so we could enjoy a late night tea. Breakfast was delivered every morning so it could be enjoyed in the room or on the balcony with views of the sea. The cappuccinos were the best and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were also welcoming and were able to help with any questions. They made our stay the best we have had in Europe. The location of the hotel was perfect. The public bus station was only a small walk and the beach was across the road. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from and the supermarket was only a small walk from the hotel. The hotel also gave discounts to some local restaurants. The location of the hotel in Maiori was also perfect as it felt like a real Italian town. It was relaxing and you felt like you were living like a local Italian. It was also really easy to reach other locations on the Amalfi coast for day trips. The hotel provided bus and ferry time tables for us and gave us recommendations. We had the most perfect stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Upon Arrival we were Immediately filled with Disappointment!!!! I booked this "Sea View" room as my Birthday treat with my Fiance and was very excited about this. We Picked this room on booking.com as the picture showed a beautiful Sea View room with a big luxurious balcony, However after making our way through this tiny room to look onto our balcony we discovered our luxurious balcony was barely big enough to fit a small table and chairs and our "Sea View" consisted of brickwork and cement, yes that is correct, our "Sea View" was the side of the next building, a Partial Sea View at best, The Staff tried to convince us that this was a Sea View room by pointing at a gap between buildings, which just angered and upset us even more. The staff told us that in order to secure a full Sea View room we would need to send a request for this, Personally I believe if I order a Sea View room then that is exactly what I should get. Don't even mention the "Free Parking" which actually costed EUR 10 per day. This Hotel was not good value and what we got for our money was extremely Disappointing.
