Every one was super helpfull,although just one person speaks English

Room and bathroom was nice, balkony also. Staff was frendly. Nice restaurant. And very important between restaurant and apartman house there is a playground for children.

Not was so easy to find the reception because middle in the restaurant but I don't saw signboard. Also I had no idea how can I leave the room key. I couldn't find something box and also reception was closed and I knew all the time open. Was no paper or something which time open.

Well located accomodation in Lovosice with easy access to the city center, bike and hiking paths. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4 people and its arrangement well done. The service was nice, flexible to accommodate our early arrival and with no administrative tasks for the checkout. The bedroom provides a very big wardrobe where clothes could be hanged or stored.

The kitchen equipment should be improved (1 induction stove might be a bit challenging when cooking for 4), utensils are limited as well as for glasses and cups below the minimum amount of 4 needed to serve an apartment designed for 4 people. The fridge is also not up to the challenge, with very limited space and freezing capacity. When coming in, the shower handle was missing. We reported to the reception and have been told if we could do it without it. Luckily it was repaired after few minutes, it could have been quite uncomfy without it. The apartment shows the first signs of need for few repairs and replacements due to standard wear and tear.

The Young guy of the staff really tried to help out.

We booked and payed for room with jacuzzi. That was why we chose to stay there. The room then had no shower, the jacuzzi was not clean/ had problems so we had to change the room, and pay more than we would have liked for 2 nights in a regular room. The new room was ok, but they did not check up on the room with fresh towels, toiletpaper etc when we was there. Very little info in general. A bit dissapointed, because it did not live up to our expectations.

The accommodation facility is conveniently located near a highway but difficult to find because the address doesn't correspond to the actual location (the street board reads Evropská and not Trebenická). The room was very clean.

The booking system somehow did not show our preference for a double bed and the staff had a difficulty to give us a room of our choice. We reserved breakfast and the staff asked us whether we can have the breakfast one hour later than requested (9 am instead of 8 am) saying that we are the only guests and the personnel comes only because of us. We agreed but later changed our minds and could cancel the breakfast. The room was modern and clean but terribly smelling of sewage. We left the windows open for a while to air but that did not help. Moreover, the heating in the bathroom did not work. The bedside lamps were also not sufficient for reading.
