Great experience, host was very responsive and helpful the whole trip. Very clean house, the hot tub was our favorite part as well as the dock and view. Would 100% come back, no complaints at all. Thanks for your hospitality and beautiful house.

We were looking to bring our boat and have a great few days with our friends. We were not disappointed with this house that has a great location and many amenities. We especially liked that each of our 3 couples had their own large bed and bathroom. The hosts were amazing in helping us get access to the Walden boat ramp. Will definitely be back.

This house is lovely ! So clean and sits right on the water. The host communicates very well and this property is absolutely beautiful.

It’s was a lot of space for my family , my parents and my brothers family to stay , visit , cook and play. Everything was perfect. We will be renting this place again ! Double ovens were helpful with cooking for Thanksgiving! Nothing negative at all to say! This place has lots of space outdoors, large patios , big bedrooms , game-room with 2 futons to sleep on , big kitchen, huge eating space. The Hot tub was a bonus! This is a BIG house ! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful lake home. Very clean. Comfortable beds. For some there are many stairs which may be a challenge, but if you can navigate those, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Our group had an excellent stay. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a really successful time fishing from the dock, and we enjoyed playing games in the huge yard. We will be back for sure!

Everything was in working order except for the grill which had a critter living in it. Bottom full of droppings so didnt want to use. There are some great restaurants in the area so didnt really affect our plans. Enjoyed the stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen supplies. Great lay out of the home. Had difficulty getting the hot tub to a desired temperature. The check out process was a bit laborious on the guests. (Having to wash a load of towels and having to wait to put them in the dryer). Other than that we loved our stay!

Our extended family was looking for a place to gather for a weekend together. The kids were interested in fishing, so we thought a lake would be a great choice. This house was PERFECT! The communication was phenomenal- friendly and speedy. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood away from noise. The backyard was huge, and the view was stunning!!! We loved this house because it had two master suites, as well as two separate ‘gather’ areas so that we could spread out. There was a table that was perfect to set up a puzzle, and the kids played upstairs so much! Everything was clean and well organized. The instruction binder made everything so easy and stress free for us. And our favorite feature was the enormous and clean hot tub! This house was the perfect background to a wonderful weekend reconnecting with family, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing!!!

Our family stayed at this home during our daughters wedding at a venue in the area. It was a perfect home where we all could be together between the wedding festivities. Owners were amazing and helpful. Would love to come back and enjoy this beautiful home again and make more wonderful family memories!

We stayed here for my son's wedding to be close to the venue. The home was perfect for our large group. Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The owners are very sweet and were happy to make suggestions for restaurants close by for the rehearsal dinner, etc... very quick to communicate. We definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time on the lake. We will be back when it's warmer and will bring our boat and enjoy the lake! A big thank you to the Ditmore's (especially you Marlene!) for being such wonderful hosts and for sharing your lovely home with us during this very special time for our family. We made some wonderful memories there!

This is the second time we rented this property. Every year we do a bike race nearby. We love it so much we will try and rent it again next year. It meets our needs perfectly.

Weekend stay for 3 couples for a wedding at nearby. Plenty of room; we enjoyed time on the dock, multiple decks, kitchen/dining and den. Location was perfect - house has a wonderful view of the lake/sunrise. Great communication with Marlene. Would recommend and would love to stay here again (for longer than just a weekend)!

We rented this property to celebrate with the family, the last part of a surprise birthday for my husband. The house is very spacious, and it was perfect for the 11 of us. The views are beautiful and the location was perfect. Very close to Margaritaville and marina ( where we rented a boat and jet skies) . Kitchen very well equipped and also there are games for entertainment. The decks outside are very nice. The only thing that I will bring up ( not a negative comment, but a note) is that if you have elderly parents or little kids you have to be careful with the many steps all over the house. Two bedrooms have steps going down as soon as you open the bedroom door ( normally you will not expect this) and in the outside deck coming out of back door and the deck having different levels and steps, you just need to be very careful. We had some water pressure issues, but the owner was going to address that. Overall, I definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful house. Perfect place to stay for my group of 8 adults. The house came equipped with pretty much anything we needed. Great vibe, lots of space.

Magical! Our extended family gathered everyone together for the first time ever arriving in Houston from places all over the country for a wedding. Our elders loved the first-floor master bedroom where they could avoid too many stairs, have quiet a bit and relax in the sitting areas in the room. We had 3 children under 3 for various times and but for the stairs it would pretty darn perfect for them with a crib and highchair available. There are multiple connected but separate areas to sit together so everyone was able to have real connecting conversations 1:1 or in small clusters without navigating a big noisy crowd. Seeing adult grandchildren really connecting with their grandparents and also cousins they have barely known was such a gift and the lay-out really fosters that. There are 3+ great outside place, including 2 with huge fans to endure the heat. Inside there are at least 3 options for playing games and eating. The huge lawn was a great tumble spot for the toddlers and we played lots of cornhole together too. Comfy beds everythere, fluffy towels, excellent signage and a book with information. We'd recommend this home to anyone!! Every person who stayed remarked more than once that it was "perfect" for us and, most importantly, our 80+ yr old parents/grandparents were comfortable and truly able to engage and make memories.

The house was gorgeous, the waterfront was lovely, the backyard by the water was huge (we played wiffle ball), and the owners were super informative. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
