The location is excellent 5 min walk to the marina where there is a supermarket & restaurants which are off a good quality . Not far to Puerto del Carmen either by water taxi or a taxi Loved the pool even though it was too cold to use time of the year & not heated but wasn’t a problem nice to have The Villa itself is nice and spacious well laid out The extra duvets where very welcome as it was cold at night The Villa is cleaned weelky Really enjoyed out stay but the comments below would have increased our comfort and score it’s those extras which make the difference as it moves from good to great wouldn’t not recommend just know what to expect

The lack of response from the host emailed fir a earlier check in due to flight arrival only by 3 hours didn’t know if had been arranged git an email 2 days after to arrival to say not possible even though it was we were met at the Villa with the keys. Same on check out wanted to leave @ 1045 check out is 10 emailed to see if ok & where to leave the keys still waiting fir a response day after checked out left the keys with a cleaner there was an office I think on site but never manned Don’t mind but concern is if I really needed help with something the contact & response needs to be better The outside area needs some love no cushions for the Sun beds is very uncomfortable no pool towels had to go & buy some there was no one to ask as the cleaner came days after arrival & no umbrella for shade again ok as time of year yes there are some trees for shade but can imagine not enough in summer Equipment was ok for us as only 2 people but it sleeps 6 needs more crockery & cutlery to accommodate more people

several issues need attention eg door handles coming off, shower valve dodgy, sockets coming away from walls. No basics such as washing up liquid/powder, salt/pepper, olive oil. pool not cleaned.

Location was excellent. We know the area inside out. The view from the villa was excellent and beds were very comfortable. the villa is spacious. Aircon would have been a nicety.

So the pictures advertised were for a different villa entirely. We arrived at the villa advertised only to be met by a German couple who were as confused as us when i showed the documentation which was clearly the villa they were staying in. This is a complex of villas and we met Lourdes where she showed us to villa number 7. All seemed well at first passing the pleasantries. My daughter and I couldn't wait to get into pool which was a nice size. After a while my eyes began to sting but I just put this down to sun-cream maybe getting in my eyes but then my wife noticed a rash on our daughters body and legs where we had to abandon the swimming. We complained where the owner said there was not enough chlorine in the pool. We were still itching 5 days later. Then we complained there was no free wifi as advertised which after 3 hours they rectified with a router that could only be placed the bedroom downstairs where you could hardly get the signal upstairs in the living quarters. There was Spanish DTV and some sat English news stations. We bought an android Mibox in Arricefe and was able to entertain our daughter with Netflix via HDMI port to TV. The electrics in the villa need a complete overhaul with sockets pulled out from the wall, very dangerous. Lights did not work in our daughters bedroom where we got a side lamp working. We went to rinse out our clothes in the washing machine and it made sounds like a tractor and locked our clothes in it. The owners replaced the washing machine the next day. The toaster sparked and eventually burnt out. At this stage we did not want to complain any more. Then we went to dry our daughters hair to go out for dinner. Yes you guessed it the hairdryer went into complete melt down going red hot and smoke spouting out . Faulty Towers would pass with flying colours compared to this place. I have never written a review before but this one had to be executed. Dont bring children . Get confirmation on the actual villa for your stay.
