What a fantastic place to relax and enjoy our holiday. Plenty of space do your own things or join together as a family unit. Tidy and well equipped. Looking forward to stay again in the near future.

The place is nice and spacious and quiet - our baby slept wonderfully. The host were so kind and welcoming, overall it was a trip well spent for my partner, baby, mother in law and I.

Great, place was awesome, no hassles , no privacy concerns, very comfortable, very clean.. I’m getting a roof fan the same as in the master bedroom … I don’t know how better to review this property without them putting the price up because it was so awesome. If you are in need of accommodation and don’t use this place you have let yourself and your family down haha Definitely 120% will be staying here again .. my gosh the second lounge extension they have done is genius as I’m a father with 4 daughters it is nice to escape them which was so easy here . Slap em in the second lounge with pretty gas fire and boom quite time for me and the wife.. and all of this said without the pool, which is being upgraded making this property even more awesome once it’s finished… ps if Jo was the lady my wife talked to briefly she is also a milf (said respectfully hahaha) 12 out of 10 all day every day and I usually take my family to top of the line hotels etc not book a bach .. this property changed my mind Will see use again next splash planet season thank you thank you thank you

Property is centrally located for activities in the Bay. Very well appointed accommodation and the host is super friendly. We'll be back!

Great stay

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had booked for an extra night or 2! Joy and Mike were super lovely hosts, we arrived late at night after a extremely long stressful trip with twin toddlers and a 11yr old. Joy and mike took the stress out of arrival for us going the extra mile, we appreciated it so much! Our family loved that there were 2 lounges to be able to have a bit of space from each other and mr 11 loved that he got his own room to have space from the twins, it really was a home away from home that povided everything that we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back and cant wait to see the finnishing result of the pool.

We will definitely look at booking again especially for concert and events. House was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Great homely vibe

House had all the required amenities and very comfortable. We could cook if we wanted to or go out/pick up some takeaways a short five minute drive away. Was nice to have a couple of lounges for kids and adults to hang out in.

Great hosts, and very central location. Having the two living areas was great. Well return.

Property was awesome, kids loved the two seperate lounge areas! (2 different age groups) Only downside was the remote in the rear lounge was working properly. But all in all good property, good location will definitely stay again

Stayed for 3 nights with 3 teens so they could attend a sporting event. Quiet suburban location on outskirts of Hastings. Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Air con was a blessing, and washer/dryer was much needed. Only down sides were no outside line for wet towels etc, the trundler single beds were quite small (suitable children only) and the second lounge was accessed via ranchsliders from the 2 single bedrooms, so one of those bedrooms had no window for external light or airflow. Overall it was a good base for activities in the Bay.

Great place to stay in Hastings. Bed was very comfortable and the area is quiet. Will be my goto whenever I'm in Hastings

Everything we needed for a cosy comfortable stay. Great bed and loved the electric blanket. Heat pump handy for the chilly weekend.

I stayed here with my husband and teenager - this was perfect accommodation. My teenager had his end of the house and could do his own thing while we had our own end of the house. Will definitely book again next time we are in Hastings. Also, thanks for the biscuits on arrival! Good shower pressure, warm house, comfy beds, nice to have a few little extras in the fridge/pantry as well.

Cant rate the property and level of service high enough. Will definetely be back again.

This place was beautiful and catered for everything even an iron and ironing board which i love, the only disappointment was the pool is not working and that's why i booked for my two younger son's where really exited to go for swim with my husband while me and my daughter go to robbie williams concert, but looks like a new one is being built, so my boy's where a little disappointed but overall a beautiful place to stay and definitely go back 😊

Over all it was a great stay, just one quite dangerous hazard, was the step in hallway, had quite a nasty fall, maybe put some up lights to iluminate as hall is very dark
