Best bang for the buck! Staff just like family.Attractions at front door.Also right on Metro line. It doesn't get any better.

Rooms are tiny bit realistically you only need them to sleep. Very clean! Quiet.

The owners were so unbelievably helpful and welcoming. This is our second time here. We loved the location and will absolutely be back.

Location was great, just a couple of minutes away from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Easy access to the main train station via subway (1 stop away). Breakfast snacks available throughout the day.

very clean and modern and comfortable. bed was wonderful and the AC was so great during the humid days. the view was great and it’s so close to the colosseum.

The host Luca was amazing! So inviting and gave us everything we needed. The location is perfect and right next to the Coliseum.

If you are someone who likes colder hotels this is my only note. We are use to air conditioning so the room was a little warmer.

Comfy beds, large TV, breakfast not bad.

Small room, old floorings, no dining area but available space in room for breakfast. For me, one of the most important thing is the bathroom. It is too small, no place to put shampoos in the shower, old bathroom, not resemble the pictures shown.

Great location and very good soundproofing in the windows. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Good air con and wifi. Friendly staff. Self check in was simple.

the room was not clean when we got there. There were dirty towels in the room from previous guests, the beds were not made, etc. Housekeeping left a faucet on and our bathroom had water all over the floor. the wifi stopped working and there was no one at the front desk to fix it. when we reached out via WhatsApp, we were redirected and there was absolutely nothing done to fix it, let us know what was going on, etc. it was a horrible experience.

The staff were so kind, location, and the room itself was spacious to fit a family of 4 (with the exception of the bathroom).

The photos on the booking.com site did not portray the room, specifically the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.

Comfortables beds. Perfect for a short stay in Rome, in the middle of the center, 5 min from the colloseum.
