Nice house, great location, reality matched listing/pictures, would gladly stay again.

It was a nice place with exception of hearing neighbors who share a wall. Upstairs bath had a leak in sink but overall nice. The outdoor FirePit was nice as well.

Well appointed and very clean home. Great for 2-4 people. Small but cozy. Parking is on street which wasn’t difficult on the weekend. Townhouse layout so 2 flights of stairs to consider if you have someone older or mobility issues. Bunker Hill neighborhood very nice with some good local restaurants ie Brewer’s Fork and Monument.

Stayed for a long weekend. Great location, host provides a ton of recs for the area. Host was very responsive to communication, house was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the steep hill up to the driveway

Tucked away but easy to access. Beautiful renovation. Comfy beds with luxurious bedding!! Private patio with gas/glass fire pit. Convenient to all Boston activities. Great spot!

Stayed for 4 nights in Boston. Great place and location. Walked to many places and parking at night was not in front of house but very easy to find. Just need to move car during the day. People visiting from overseas really enjoyed the stay with us.

Very clean and renovated nicely. Hard to locate at first. Parking was only available down block on street then has to move car constantly.

Lovely townhome that was perfect for access to downtown while visiting Boston with my husband and children ages 9 and 12yo. Neighborhood was quiet and host was very responsive and graciously had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Bedrooms are very private from one another since one is on the 3rd floor and the other on the first. Stairs are a bit steep so may be challenging for some. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Air conditioning was awesome. Indoors there is only seating for 2 at the kitchen barstools (no other indoor dining area), but the patio table seated 4. About a 15 min walk to the Sullivan Square subway station. Since street parking is not permitted by renters during the week we used the MBTA parking area at the Wellington Station which was only 1 stop away on the orange line and prices were very reasonable for overnight parking. Weekend parking near the house was not an issue. Definitely review the arrival instructions emailed by the host (which were very clear) as the house can be otherwise be difficult to find initially due to a staircase interrupting the St. Martin Street cross street. If arriving by car, approach from Medford Street rather than Bunker Hill Street. Would definitely recommend!

Property was great. We had an awesome stay. The house was well equipped. We loved the neighbourhood, and it's proximity to all the sites. Backyard patio was really lovely too.

I had to email the owner the morning of my arrival because I still hadn’t received check in information. Poor communication prior to arrival. Binder in the apartment was helpful. Fairly clean and well stocked.

Property was very clean and exactly like it was described. The property manager was quick to respond to a request from us and was extremely accommodating. We loved the place!

We loved the townhouse, it was clean, comfortable, with all the trappings of home. Beds were comfortable and cozy warm. Loved the fireplace, great asset for a cold winter evening. Convenient location, easy to walk to Charlestown center.

House was great. Parking was a pain but other than that very satisfied.

Everything is outlined perfectly in the handout that is given as far as how to enter and lock the house, where to park, and how to find the house. Everything was as it seemed in the photos online. I would recommend this palce.

We wanted a nice place to come home to after our full days visiting the area and this place did just that. I loved ending each day in the backyard sitting by the fire.

A great townhome with cafes and restaurants to walk to. Short drive into north end of Boston and airport. The outdoor space was nice to have as well! The owner was very responsive and helpful with information. Would stay here again!

Had a great time in Charlestown. A few hiccups that were taken care if asap. Great town not too far outside the city. Great days in city exploring and quiet nights at the house. Great kitchen!!
