Quiet and relaxing. It felt great to not have a car and to walk to everything!!

This was by far our best stay through VRBO. Samantha and Chris went above and beyond by providing tons of detailed information about recommended restaurants to eat, best local bread, things to do, etc. The place was immaculate and the roof deck hot tub provided a welcome respite after a grueling marathon. We definitely plan to stay here again!

This adorable apartment could not be located any better if you want to stay in the North End. Super easy access to the airport. We highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat! The layout was perfect for us, and the kitchen was so well-appointed. They thought of everything!! We loved the view of the water, and the quiet surroundings. And, the restaurants: the biggest reason we wanted to stay in the North End. There is no lack of restaurant choices. And, it was such a close proximity to the places we love to visit while in Boston. We are in Boston every 6 months, and this place will certainly be bookmarked for us to remember each time!

We've stayed in many vacation rentals; this is one of the best. Fantastic location, walkable to everything in the North End, Freedom Trail, etc. Although it's "in the middle of it all" the unit is still quiet. And it is quality throughout. Well updated and supplied. Love the rooftop outdoor space.

We love Little Italy and this spot did not disappoint. Clean apartment in a great neighborhood with well-appointed amenities. It surrounded by great restaurants, shops, transportation, and historical jaunts. The rooftop deck is wonderful! The bottled water and split of champagne were greatly appreciated as welcoming gifts! We really enjoyed our week at Chris & Sam's apartment. The place looks exactly like the photos, was super clean, had plenty of paper products, everything you need in a kitchen, and, of course a roof top deck with a river view! The hosts were helpful and communicative throughout the process. We knew we wanted to stay in the North End for easy access to all the restaurants. As it turned out, it is the perfect location from which you can get anywhere in about a 15 or 20 minute walk. Many tours we took originated at the Long Wharf which made catching the busses easy. The Freedom Trail is just minutes away, and the Faneuil Hall Marketplace is just a bit farther. The couple of times that we did a ride share worked out well. One of the things that I appreciated was that the neighborhood and all the North End seemed super safe to walk in. The hosts leave a book with suggestions on places to eat and visit, as well as how the appliances in the apartment work. Access to the unit was easy and the building is very secure. We highly recommend you stay here!

Great location to explore the north end of Boston. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood a few short blocks from the North Church, Freedom Trail, and a vast number of outstanding restaurants. We were there for five days and never needed to rent a car (As long as you’re willing and able to do some walking). The owners were easy to work with and the unit was spotlessly clean. Would definitely want to stay there again if we visit Boston again!

Samantha & Chris are the kind of host you hope for! They were readily available to anytime we had a questions. Well before we arrived, they provided us with a comprehensive guide to the property and how to find it, as well as nearby parking, restaurants, and points of interest. They even included the interesting history of the location of their building. The apartment is ideally located, light, quiet, and comfortable. It is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need, including a desk which we needed for remote work. The roof deck is lovely. The weather wasn't quite warm enough to spend a lot of time there or use the hot tub, but we hope to make a return visit when it's warmer! All round, this is one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had. Thank you so much Samantha & Chris!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights while we explored the North End. We had so much fun and the apartment is perfectly located! Additionally, Chris and Samantha have an information packet with lots of restaurant/activity recommendations. It’s like having a built-in guide. It was awesome. Touring Boston on our own for three days before our group fall foliage tour, we loved the location (so close to great sights and restaurants), the apartment (cozy, clean and comfortable) and our hosts (so responsive and helpful with suggestions). The rooftop deck was an added delight!

The apartment was wonderful, exactly as described. The rooftop was beautiful and a great spot for a glass of wine and view of the water. The location in the North End was perfect; a short walk to amazing restaurants, cafés, bakeries and more. We walked all over Boston. The hosts were terrific; giving us a detailed welcome packet with suggests of restaurants, local grocers, cafes and so much more. They responded quickly when we had a question. We have recommended their place to friends and we will definitely be back again soon.

Top Notch accommodations for two out to explore Boston's Freedom Trail in the North End and other neighborhoods - in just three days. Mission accomplished with a welcoming abode to return to at the end of each day. The property had everything needed and MORE including a freezer meal of pasta and beverages. Perfect for the one evening we were too exhausted to venture out. TV apps offered ample movie choices. The bed provided a sound night sleep. The Info book was a jewel of information - 25 pages for planning excursions, restaurants, emergency, parking, etc. Hosts were readily approachable and helped us solve our luggage storage issue. We heard the upper deck with hot tub was awesome. Will try that next time. Thank you for providing the perfect home ground for our Boston Adventure.

Visiting Boston for our 25th wedding anniversary. The apartment is located in walking distance to everything , except Fenway Park and Logan airport- which they are a taxi/Uber ride away. The apartment was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body soap- which is great when flying and only bringing a back pack carryon for the week. Little Italy has so many great places to eat , you can’t pick just one because they were all good. The owners even left a small bottle of champagne for us to celebrate our anniversary right! And the roof top deck is also just gorgeous- we just didn’t have enough time to enjoy it… next visit we will def take more time to enjoy it!! My husband and I stayed in Boston for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a great location where you could walk to everything. Sam and Chris were easy to communicate with and responded to any questions promptly. The welcome package was very well put together. It gave information about where to visit, eat/drink and even the history of the apartment area. At the end of the day we would go to the rooftop to sit and wait for the USS Constitution to do the cannon fire.. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and would love to visit again!! One last thing, I loved the fact of a no shoe/pet/smoking house rules. Thanks for the stay!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights as a leg of our roadtrip and had the best time. The location is perfect, with great views on the rooftop, very short walks to all the Italian food imaginable, and many historic sites. The unit is the perfect size for two and was clean and ready for check-in. We had no issues and Chris and Samantha were super friendly and willing to accommodate to anything they could. There is nothing negative my partner or I have to say about this place and we were both pleasantly surprised by how quiet the unit was. Very few loud vehicles passed and even the fireworks for fourth of July were not bothersome!

This apt. Is in an ideal location for getting around the North End of Boston! Clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Would return in a heartbeat!

My 11yr old son and I spend a week exploring Boston and the Extended freedom trail. The neighborhood is quiet, surprisingly quiet. The apt was nicely furnished. It could use a few more cooking utensils to make cooking easier but a minor inconvenience that didn’t distract from a wonderful experience

Excellent/fast response from owners. We asked for extra towels for our guests for the spa and they were there upon arrival. Loved the ambiance when we walked into the apartment- they had the electronic candles lit in the living room and bathroom. Soft comfy bed. Would stay again.
