Loved it! Had such a wonderful time! The accommodations were great and the staff was so helpful and attentive in organizing and getting anything we needed! Location was great! Close to town and restaurants, and a super short walk to the beach.

Very nice property located in Punta De Mita. The property concierge was fantastic and the house staff made the trip effortless. Our group was 14, with a mix of kids and adults, fitting comfortably in the home. The property pool and amenities are as described and well-appointed.

We stayed at Ipanema 3 for 6 nights to celebrate my mothers in law 70’s birthday. We were 8 adults and 6 kids (under the age of 5), and the house worked great for us. The common space might be a little bit too tight for such big group, but the outdoor space is really comfortable, and every single beach club that we went (including also the Four Seasons) were simply amazing. Our pool was always heated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Clean and fresh towels every single day. The housekeeping staff were super nice and they cleaned and cooked breakfast for us every day. They payed attention to every little detail (our kids were giving them hugs when we left). Adriana, our concierge, was one of the most competent people I’ve ever met in my life. She arranged all our dinners, babysitting, groceries, baby gear rental, massages, even a Mariachi band! It literally took her on average less than 2 min to respond to my texts. Truly a dream to have someone so helpful when you are in a different country and on vacation. I would definitely stay in Ipanema 3 if you are looking for an unforgettable experience with your family. ❤️❤️

Beautiful property with great service. Delicious breakfast each morning. Concierge was helpful, knowledgeable and available. Awesome beach clubs. Our group of 3 families had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay at las palmas 3! Our housekeeping staff was so great and prepared the best breakfast and always made cute pancakes for the kids. This was the best location in the neighborhood in our opinion just because it is a quick walk to the beach and we even walked to the Pacifico beach club daily. Our only suggestion is that the doors to the outside do not seal shut so we had quite a few crabs run in at night but small and the kids got a kick out of it:) it’s a great home for big groups and would go back

This was our 3rd trip to Punta Mita. The best thing about this house was the housekeeping staff who also cooked our breakfast. They were awesome. The house did not come with a golf cart, or boogie boards, etc, both of which we have had in the past. The house has lots of bedrooms but limited seating in common areas

This property exceeded our expectations for a multi-family, multi-generational getaway. Household staff cooked exceptional breakfast each day and cleaned rooms. The concierge was very responsive. A total luxury retreat we hope to stay at again someday.

Villa Copacabana was amazing- from check in to check out the staff was on time, super communicative and so friendly. Adriana and Regis responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Diana, Kathy and Brenda made the most delicious breakfast every day and were accommodating to everyone’s needs. The home is beautiful- setting and amenities were fabulous.

We stayed in the villa for NYE with a big family group. The experience overall was amazing and I would give it 5 stars. Regis, the property manager was super attentive and willing to help with anything we needed, including fixing specific things in the house, reservations, etc. The staff in the house was also amazing and the food was great. The view from the villa is beautiful and the location inside the resort is perfect. I would caution on a couple of things that are not present in the listing. First, they should include pictures of the 2 small bedrooms (which are honestly very small) because the 4 bedrooms shown in the pictures are great and leave your expectations too high for the others, so if you are going to use all bedroom then you should know that there are 2 which are considerably smaller than the others. The other point is regarding the neighboring houses, which are very close to the property (just divided by a large bush). Although it wasn’t a big inconvenience and this is common in Punta Mita, from the pictures you can’t tell and it was a bit surprising when we got there.
