On a quiet street close to everything about a mile from the beach. Great communication with owners—provided comprehensive details prior to arrival with frequent check-ins during the stay. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and very well equipped. We had our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren with us, ages 1 and 4. They had regular toys, pool toys, beach toys and plenty of floats. They also had a pack and play & high chair. The pool and lanai area were beautiful. You won’t be disappointed with this house and the host was great.

Perfect for a family get away! From the furnishings, the well stocked kitchen, beach and pool toys .. feels like we just stopped by a family members house! The location is nice and quiet, close enough to beaches. The owner, Johnny, is amazingly accommodating and very attentive to making sure your stay is perfect .. definitely would return!

Our stay at Bonita Shores was wonderful. The home is meticulous and clean. The home was well supplied and had everything we needed to make nice dinners! The sitting areas were roomy and comfortable - they easily accommodated our 6’+ sons. Honestly, this rental exceeded our expectations for comfort and ambiance. The pool was lovely. And the location was central and close to the beach. You must rent!

We had to change our plans four days before our vacation when our cruise was cancelled. We were really bummed, but quickly started looking for houses we could book for a week in Florida. We came across this beautiful house, and it was everything we could have imagined. The host was very easy to communicate with, and thought of everything you could possibly need to make it a great stay from board games, beach chairs, and 4 bikes. The house was very clean and the pool was incredible with a close and easy commute to a beautiful beach. We are so grateful to have had the incredible experience we did when our plans had to change last minute. Thank you Johnny!

Could not be a better place to rent. The house is better than described even! Less than 2 miles to Barefoot Beach, plenty of beach towels, chairs, beach gear clean and in great condition provided. Lovely pool with tons of pool toys and floaties. Home is spotless and in perfect condition. Owner makes the stay extremely enjoyable, is always available if something is needed, and couldn’t be nicer. We would come again 100x over. Couldn’t say enough positive things about this rental.

My family and I had an amazing time at Barefoot Breeze. The rental was beyond our expectations. Johnny was an incredible host. He responded quickly to any of my questions and even allowed us to check in early. The home itself was immaculate and was stocked with everything you could possibly need (towels, plenty of pots and pans, toiletries, bikes, a Bluetooth speaker, games, beach equipment, including beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and beach bags. There was even a juicer and an Instant Pot). There was plenty of space for my family of five (4 adults and one teenager) and the sleeping arrangements could have accommodated a bigger party with ease. Barefoot Breeze is located about a mile away from the beach, Publix was about a five-minute drive, and there are restaurants were within walking distance. The home was exactly how it was pictured online and the amenities were well thought out. We appreciated Johnny’s hospitality and definitely will consider staying at Barefoot Breeze again!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation time at the “Barefoot Breeze”. Everything about this stay was amazing, you literally had everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation. It was like a home away from home. The property and location was outstanding, perfect for grocery shopping, dining and beach adventures. It was the perfect place for a family with kids. There was more than enough room for my family of 7 which included my granddaughter (17 months). We didn’t want for anything. Whether we were headed to the beach or spending the day in Naples, the house was well equipped with coolers, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, pool toys and much much more. When we enjoyed the day relaxing around the house, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for any and all cooking and the pool was a great place to chillax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and stocked with plenty of linens. I was amazed by the variety of toddler furniture/equipment and TOYS for my granddaughter to entertain herself with all week. The smile on her face all week spoke volumes to the time that we had. Johnny, I can’t say enough about your hospitality. You were an awesome host. You were very responsive, accommodating, and detail orientated with everything that was included in the home. This home definitely has everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay; its clean, spacious, well equipped and beautifully maintained. It definitely looked newly updated. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Bonita Springs and I have already recommended this home to my family and friends. This house is perfect for your home away from home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for any and all cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and newly remodeled. Everything you need for a beach visit is ready and top notch. The pool and enclosure make the perfect place to relax and cool off. Can’t say enough about Johnny and his home. Definitely would come back in the spring if it wasn’t already booked!

Great new heated pool, very quiet neighborhood. The house comes with plenty of beach toys and pool toys for the kids plus board games and other toys for my little kids. Johnny was very quick to respond when the tv and Internet went out (outside the house issue) that he had resolved in a timely manner. This neighborhood was much quieter than where we typically stay in Naples park. It easily housed the 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 10!

My family and I had a lovely vacation thanks to this home. It had everything and more that one needs. Truly felt at home, everything was clean and very very well taken care of. The house has so many things that were so necessary and essential. The property owner was very responsive and helpful and very detailed orientated with everything that was included in the home. Perfect for a family with kids. Will definitely consider this home again in the future.

The property was exceptionally clean! The property owner maintained communication from time to time to make sure our needs were met! The property very well kept and maintained! Our children were excited and enjoyed the different spaces throughout the home!

Everything about this stay was amazing….from the booking process to checking out. The house had me speechless. Everything in the home was immaculate and you literally had everything you could ever need when on vacation. Even the towels were top notch. There was sunscreen, detergent, shampoo, EVEN A HAIR STRAIGHTENER. Will definitely be returning. My youngest daughter said “I feel Like I’m being treated like a queen” the first night we stayed there. It was just myself and my 3 daughters and I felt safe the entire time.

We were very pleased with this property. It was beautifully decorated, clean, open and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for grocery shopping, dining and beach adventures. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Barefoot Breeze was an amazing get away for our family. The location and property was outstanding! There was more than enough room in the very well appointed house and the pool was a nice added touch. This home is prettier than the pictures! It was perfect for my sister’s and my families to have plenty of space. The pool area offers both sun and shade all day. There are plenty of pool and beach toys so the kids were always entertained. It is walking distance to Sweet Melissa’s Ice Cream, a favorite of ours. It also is so close to so many wonderful beaches including Barefoot, Bonita, Hickory to name just a few. There are great chairs and an umbrella to use on these outings too! If you don’t want to cook breakfast in this amazing kitchen we highly recommend the views and mimosas at Doc’s. This home definitely has everything you need to fully relax and enjoy your stay!

Our family of 8 had no trouble fitting in this beautiful home. The location is quiet, away from any traffic, yet so close to everything you need. Short drive or bike ride to beautiful beaches. And the owner was very helpful before and during our stay! The heated pool was amazing to relax in as well! Will definitely consider going back!

We spent a week at Johnny’s home with my sisters family and our kids (ages 3 to 5). We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and well maintained. This vacation home had everything we needed, plenty of space, all the beach equipment we needed, toys for the kids, pool toys and floats, and a well stocked kitchen. Very nice house conveniently located right off Bonita Beach Rd in Bonita Springs. Close to several beaches, great golf courses and whatever you want to eat. Every room in the house has been completely updated and is very nice. Johnny was a great host and readily available for any questions. Highly recommend!

We cannot rave enough about how great of a stay we had at this house. Very clean and well kept. The beds, pillows and sheets were so comfortable. SO many accommodations. Outdoor area and pool was fantastic. Great neighborhood and location. The communication with the owners couldn't have been better. We had a great time, will recommend to friends and will definitely stay here again when we are visiting the area.
