The apartment is located in a very good area, right in the old center of the city, close to the Duomo, and very close to the lake. Contrary to expectations, it is a quiet area. The apartment is like a fairy tale!!

Perfect location in the old town and amazing value for money. This would be the only place I would book if going to como!! Staff were also extremely helpful and made it a great stay.

Great location within short walking distance of the train station, the lake itself and all restaurants. The place itself is an excellent value for money, you won’t anything better for this price. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and beautiful. Ours had a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous shower with colourful LED lights that you can control, and a spacious, very comfortable bed. The communication with the host was also great, and any interactions we had with the cleaners etc. were always positive. Upon leaving the cleaning lady made sure we had a few bottles of water to take with us for the journey, very thoughtful! I will definitely be back.

For me it wasn’t an issue but the apartments are located on third floor with no lift, so people with a lot of luggage will struggle.

Location excellent, right in the heart of the old town yet quiet. Very well set out apartment with lots of extras in the kitchen. Amazing tiling throughout and very spacious. Very clean and the ladies who service it daily do an amazing job. Modern and recently renovated. Cannot fault the apartment structurally or fit out. A couple of niggles, otherwise it would have been a 10. However, still recommend to others overall.

The check in/welcome experience was poor. Arrived late afternoon and had been sent no code or instructions. Rang a telephone number on the plaque outside to be told by the lady who answered it was the wrong number. She gave me another number to try. I rang that and just got a message in Italian that I couldn't understand. I rang a third number on my booking form. That didn't work either. I rang the first number lady back but she ignored me. Probably sick of getting the phone calls from guests that are nothing to do with her apparently. I had to find internet connection and send a message via booking.com to get the code. All this took 20 minutes stood in the street with luggage. Not good. Given I paid for the accommodation 7 months ago I think the least you should expect is instructions prior to arrival. The TV remote control was broken, making functionality difficult. Reported it immediately but it wasn't replaced.

The property is in the center so everything is close by. The host is also very responsive on the phone whenever we needed something. The bathrooms are really pretty, though the glass doors don’t provide much privacy :) The bed is very comfortable and the room is big! Thoughtful snacks provided every day. All in all a very nice stay!

It was very difficult for us to drag our luggage 3 floors up so this was a challenge. It would have been nice to have someone around to help us. The only really negative thing is how thin the windows are. You can literally hear every single thing happening on the street below you. But I guess this is normal if staying in the center. Would recommend double glazing on the windows for better insulation.

Light and bright decor, having a frig and jug plus the niceties of fruit and snacks was lovely. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the buzz of the street life was great.

3 floors up/6 lots of steps means storing luggage at Como station. No light on entry at night, it’s pitch dark and hard to find the light switch.

Modern designed large bedroom and bathroom with a very good bed mattress . Air con works well , excellent maid services. Very centrally located , most restaurants , facilities , shops,train stations are all within a short walk .

Everything was better than expected and we had high expectations! The room was huge, and the host was very easy to deal with.

Great location, quick walk downtown and with a lot of good food nearby. Very clean room, with daily housekeeping. Mattia was very responsive and when we had issues going through the 2nd door, Mattia got the technician to look into the issue promptly.

Note that there is no lift in the building, so needed some effort to bring luggages up the stairs.

The location was perfect! Very central but still quiet, so we had good rest at night away from hustle and bustle.

It was perfect for us, but there is no lift. We had a Loft.

The room and the whole property was very clean and stylish, with playful and clean design. We really appreciated the welcome package with cold water and small snacks and fruits which we got replaced the following day as well. I thought this was really nice touch. The location couldn't be better, very cute streets, stylish, by foot from everything you want to discover in Como. The communication with the property was easy and smooth. The last cherry on the top was that they let us to keep our bags in the property long hours after check out, which was really good. When staying in Como this is the place to be.

Just no elevator to carry heavy luggage but easy access

Everything was perfect, we did a self-check in which worked perfectly. The location is ideal, in the city center but not far from the train station. Everything is reachable by foot in a few minutes. The room was great and clean. Great value for money! Definitely recommended.
