Nice home - best feature is having the kitchen open up to family room and dining table. we didn’t spend much time in the home but it was well appointed. two small suggestions - install a full length mirror somewhere in the house and if the light fixtures in the bathrooms can accommodate higher wattage bulbs it would be better: the lighting is nice ambiance but in the bathroom it was difficult to see getting ready. great stay - nicely updated home

We were here to celebrate my daughter's heavely 21st birthday as she had looked at this property prior to her passing and had planned on staying here and we couldn't pass up celebrating in the place that she wanted to be at when she turned 21. There were 8 of us that stayed for the entire time and 10 of us the day of her birthday. Neal was nothing but AMAZING, his hospitality and care and concern after my daughter passed, to flowers and a card in her memory once we arrived. The house is super spacious, yet cozy. Plenty of room to be near eachother yet feel spacious. Super clean, totally updated and EXACTLY what we were looking for. Anything we needed Neal was there to answer or offer to suggest. Lyft rides were convienent and didn't break the bank. I would totallly recommend Neal and this property to anyone coming to Nashville. We had a great time and this property helped make that happen. 🌟 🌟

We stayed as a group of 5 women for the weekend. Cute house and having 3 full bathrooms was great. Looks just like the photos in the listing. The location was a little farther out than anticipated from downtown, uber costs were $40 one way which we were not anticipating.

We had a great time! The house looked just like the photos and was very clean & tidy. Very spacious for what we needed and the kitchen had all the necessities! A quick uber to & from Broadway which made dinners & nights out super easy and affordable! Would recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed staying at this house - it was quite roomy having several areas to gather (dining/kitchen, living room, upstairs den and back deck). Having three full bathrooms and three bedrooms allowed for each couple to have a private bath along with their bedroom. The house was very clean, had all needed amenities including all we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner several of the nights. We had one issue (that was beyond the owner's control). We contacted the owner and he was over to check it out in about an hour and resolved it that day. This was a great place for your group to stay during CMA Fest this year, and we definitely recommend it for a group to stay while visiting Nashville.

The property at Talbots Corner was accurate as listed with plenty of room and well appointed with everything you need. The property was clean and the check in process was smooth. The owner was very gracious and accommodating.

Had a buddies golf trip in Nashville and the place was a great place to unwind after a round of golf or a night out in Nashville. Owner was awesome and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process of booking.

Stayed here 3 days, and loved it! Visited our son in East Nashville with some friends and family, and it was everything we needed. Comfortable beds, and a great space to operate from as we went to and from downtown and East Nash. We also enjoyed bringing pizza in and partying as we watched the NCAA tournament. The place was great! Had one minor question on getting the heat going, and Neal quickly responded with good info to resolve the issue. Would definitely land here again!

The house was perfect for our ladies weekend. It came very well stocked with lots of extra TP and paper towels. The kitchen had all we needed and good quality cookware. The complementary coffee was such a nice treat!

We enjoyed the location of the property. It has the makings of being a great rental but it just isn't quite there yet. When we arrived, the heat hadn't been turned on and it was 49 degrees in the house. It took several hours to heat it up to a comfortable temperature. Also, the breaker had been flipped and none of the downstairs bedroom lights were working. We also had to reset the modem because the internet/TV was not working either. The neighborhood seemed mostly safe though not as family friendly as we would have preferred. Really our number one issue were the beds and pillows. The beds were extremely hard and even our children complained. The pillows were thin and cheap. Both my husband and I had sore backs and necks after our stay. But with a few tweaks I think this could be a stellar rental.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, the linens were excellent quality and the amenities were very good. It was nice to have a car port to park our car.

Came for a small bachelorette weekend. Property was beautiful, clean, safe & in a great location. Would 100% stay again & recommend to others.

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful property with everything needed to make the stay a very comfortable experience. Property is in an up and coming neighborhood close to downtown. Very easy to communicate with property manager. 4 and 1/2 stars from me.

There were six of us in town for our friends 40th birthday party - and we couldn’t have been happier with the house. We were originally booked in April 2020 - but had to push the reservation twice due to COVID-19 and the shut downs in Nashville. Neal helped tremendously and was very generous with us on our schedule issues. Anyway, the house is in East Nashville - a short drive (or Uber) to downtown. The kitchen is well appointed - and beds were fantastic. For three couples it was absolutely perfect - we all had our own space and full bathrooms. If you are looking to get away to Nashville and want to be away from downtown - this place is perfect!

Neal was super responsive and the house was lovely. tucked away in a cute neighborhood. we loved that there was a closed in area to park. The house was super clean and we had everything we needed for our stay!

Wonderful place. Couple things hair dryer does not work in up stairs bath and the grey sheets have a small hole in it. Neighbors dogs barked each night 2:30 am. But over all a wonderful trip. Thank you

It was a great experience. Neal has been very accommodating and always quick to respond. Location with secure parking was great, and easy to use uber or lyft to get anywhere you want to go in Nashville.
