Lovely room with good view over pool towards sea and lighthouse. Great location for walking along harbour into town.

Our email requests for airport transport prior to arrival were never answered. A request for an iron while we were there took 2 reminders to arrive.

The first room we got reeked of cigarette smoke The second room was better but the pillows smelled of cigarettes as did the apartment have a slight smell The kitchen didn’t have enough implements to actually cook a meal There was only one entrance into and out of the hotel although there were many doors but all locked

The venue is a walk away from the main town. It has two main pools and was served one of the best Sangrias in a long time! The staff seem very welcoming and most rooms get a view of the historic Castell de Sant Nicolau.

The rooms are very basic in design. The balconies are so tightly spaced that you feel like your living with your neighbours so can get very noisy

Spacious apartment (2 bed, 2 bath) with good view of pool and sea. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for basic cooking. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On street parking was easily available (in September).

Not a complaint but for awareness, 10min walk to port and 10-15mins to old town. However, on plus side, there was little / no street noise. No breakfast available on site (during our stay).

This hotel apartment was in a nice, quiet, & safe location that was about a 10-15 minute walk to the buses & center of Ciutadella where it was great to walk around and had nice cafes & restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean & with a comfortable bed. The balcony was a nice added touch to sit and relax for a bit after a long day. The 2 pools were clean and good for a nice dip. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful long walking path where you would see the most beautiful sunsets. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler and would absolutely stay here again. Friendly Tip: taxi to this hotel is approx 50-60 euro, 40 min ride. I lucked out and immediately boarded a bus straight from the airport exit & transferred to the 2nd bus that left me at the bus center of Ciutadella. It was approx an hour & 15 mins on comfortable buses and about a 10-15 min walk to the hotel. Total cost was less than 10 euro. I took a shuttle bus back to the airport that cost approx 14 euro, 45 mins. Makes sure to book the shuttle (one way or roundtrip) at least 2 days in advance.

Again, this was absolutely a quiet and safe area and i had NO issues but being a city girl with a cautious nature, a bit odd that anyone could possibly walk onto the hotel property without directly passing inside the hotel reception. I would suggest the hotel provide extra bath mats (or you could ask the cleaning service) because a lot of water tends to splash onto the floor when showering.

the location and first they offered us another room. that was bigger but didn’t had any sea view. that we actually requested. in the end they gave us another room at the ground floor. that was really really nice. the only thing that I would ask is to have couple bed installed in more comfortable rooms instead of being just at the end. definitely coming back

Apartment was absolutely beautiful,spotlessly clean with direct access to a fabulous pool.Staff were very very friendly and helpful and all in all we had a fantastic holiday.
