Location, friendly host, food at breakfast, romantic room, clean, comfortable

Almost everything exceeded our expectations. Location was great, could not ask for a better one. Breakfast was awesome, with local food and a wonderful service. We definitely would like to go back.

Everything! it’s in the absolute heart of the old town, it has charm and character, it’s spotlessly clean and the owner is so friendly and goes way beyond the norm to look after you.

nothing to dislike. a kettle in the room would be the only thing I’d add but that’s so minor

We loved our stay in this beautiful and charming hotel. Guillermo the host was so kind. He helped us settle in, recommended what to do/where to eat, and was really patient with us. The room was very pretty, and traditional (loved the floor tiles, and the weaved baskets, colors - everything). The bathroom was up a set of stairs within the room itself, which was so cute and different, felt like we were staying at a loft so the room felt almost like a small apartment. And we had our own terrace with a table and 2 chairs, overlooking the city. It was just perfect. The hotel was also literally in the center of town so it was close to everything, yet it was on a quiet street so we had complete privacy and quiet in the night. I couldn't recommend this stay more!

Location is excellent. The owner is lovely and very friendly. The breakfast, as others have mentioned, was very nice. The property is very charming and has a lot of character.

The rooms are really, really, small, and I felt like they lacked a lot of basic amenities. My room didn't even come with a wardrobe or anywhere to properly store clothes apart from a few hooks hanging on the wall so I had to have a suitcase on the floor for 4 nights and be constantly stepping around it. The servicing was a bit underwhelming - for example when I arrived there were two water glasses in my room, I used both on the first day, they were never cleaned or replaced. Toiletries were not replaced at all during a 4 night stay. I ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. The room didn't come with a hair dryer nor enough towels, I had to ask for both. They were provided once I asked, but i don't feel like you should need to ask for either unless the price point is a lot lower. The floor of the room was freezing cold but there were no rugs provided to stand on. All in all, it felt like it was lacking a lot of things to make the stay comfortable that I would expect to be provided for this price point.

Perfect location, lovely breakfasts, very clean, comfy bed, great host

The service was excellent. Guilliam and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. My wife and I stayed in the room with the terrace (top floor) and it was lovely. Location is perfect - everything is walkable from here. Had a great visit!

The breakfast was fantastic and the location was awesome. I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff we met were great and the hotel was clean and bright. It made us feel welcome.

Nothing other than leaving

Room much bigger than most hotel rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The location was unbeatable - a few steps away from the centre of the old town, but on a quiet street. Breakfast was excellent and generous

Guillem was amazing and was always on top of everything.

We booked the room with a small patio which is a great place to enjoy breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Cuitadella & a good base to get around the rest of the Island. Guillem made our stay complete.
