This bright Rhode Island spot was the perfect place for a group of old friends to come together. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the double dining room and equipped kitchen allowed us to make big breakfasts and dinners and enjoy them together. Our nights were spent playing games in the sun room. We went to Tsunama only one mile away for dinner and that was a fantastic spot. Jonathan was a perfect host and answered all my messages promptly and clearly. Even in the winter, Sue Casa was a hit!! I would highly recommend this spot.

Very nice and welcoming home. Short distance to the beach and some good local restaurants. Nice outdoor space with plenty of things for the kids to play with. Everything you need to stay in and cook a meal or order in and relax.

My family and I were really excited to stay in this VRBO rental so that we were all together. It's a beautiful home, beautiful lighting, but honestly, I felt like we payed way more than we should have. I get cleaning fees, I do, but if I'm paying a cleaning fee.. and are required to check out at 10am the next day.. while not being able to check in until after 4pm, I expect to go into a clean home... Not to find a pair of panties at the foot of the bed.. or to have to wash every dish before I use it. There was about an inch of dust on every surface, and cooking in that kitchen was a nightmare as to everything was everywhere, and what you needed was nearly impossible to find. Eating out every night would have been easier. There's one bed... At the end of the hallway, that literally feels like you're laying on concrete. I couldn't help but to laugh when I layed on it. All in all, my family had a great time, but were very frustrated with the things I listed above. Maybe talk to the cleaners so that others don't have the same problems.

We (6 adults, 5 children under 5) had a fantastic experience with this property. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around and be comfortable, especially for multiple young children. All needed amenities were available and even some extras if needed (toiletries, beach items, etc.). The owners were extremely responsive with all questions. The outdoor shower was a hit! The properly is closely located to the town beach and many food places, shops, etc, however, it was hard to walk there with the kids without sidewalks (but all accessible within a 5 minute drive). We also enjoyed having a playground around the corner. Overall we had a great experience at this home and would stay here again.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE RENTED A HOUSE FOR OUR BOYS AND THEIR FAMILY 4 GRANDCHILDREN. THE HOUSE WAS PERFECT, BEACH WAS CLOSE, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children, ages 4 and 6 had a wonderful time in Narragansett, RI. For us the highlight was Scarborough State Beach, which was a quick 3.5 miles from the rental. We went everyday and swam, played in the waves and on the sand and walked the beautiful stretch of beach. Because 2 of us are seniors, our fee for the day, admission and parking was only $6! There are showers, restrooms, souvenirs, and food. We loved the quiet neighborhood where the home is. We took nice walks in the evening. We also enjoyed lobster rolls, chowder and fried clams at nearby restaurants! We hope to be back.

In general we enjoyed our stay at the house. Our overall experience was good with the exception of one of the bedrooms with a bunk bed and a twin bed. This bedroom might be okay for kids, but not for any adult. As we didn’t have any kids in our group, 2 adults ended up sleeping on the sofas in the sunroom. Also, the 10th person in the group had to sleep on a sofa on the main floor. Regarding the cleanness of the house, on a scale from zero to ten, ten being the highest, I would give a seven.

We took a small family vacation for 5 days and stayed at this beautiful property. Jonathan is nothing short of amazing and his response time in answering questions, etc., was impeccable. Everything is labeled and there is even a binder with EVERYTHING you need to know about the house!! So easy! There was a very small issue with the AC - because Jonathan is such a great host, he came to the property (a 2 hour drive from his own house) that same day and had everything fixed! The house was clean and it fit the 10 of us, 8 adults and 2 children, more than perfectly! We grilled in the backyard and ate dinner on the patio. The outdoor shower was awesome!!! I usually don’t use the outdoor showers, but found myself taking a shower everyday in the outdoor one!! If you have small children and plan to do the beach- you may want to consider doing a shuttle system to and from the beach, as the walk is about 20-30 min. It is a nice walk though! We can’t say enough great things about this property! My 4 yr old is crying because she wants to go back!!! Do yourself a favor and book this house!! You will not be disappointed!

What a beautiful house on a quiet street minutes from the ocean. This quaint cottage had everything we needed for an amazing stay with family and friends. The location was perfect and the owners were great about communicating. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful experience at this house in Narragansett, which was in walking distance to most of the local attractions. The house couldn’t have been any nicer, and the neighborhood was incredible. Highly recommend for anyone with a family looking for a clean, spacious, and beautiful house to stay while in Narragansett!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in RI over our spring break. Because of the time of the year somethings were still closed for winter, but we were still able to enjoy some sunshine. The beach was obviously cold, but beautiful to walk on. The house was very clean, organized and had everything we could possibly need. The location was a very nice quiet neighborhood. I guess my only complaint would be that calling it walk to shops, restaurants and the beach is a bit of a stretch. It was close, only a few minutes drive, but not an easy walk for all ages. That being said, I would definitely return to this property in the future.

We had an amazing time. The space was perfect for our group including 4 kids. They loved the bunk beds and sunroom. We found it so convenient to have the beach passes and locker. We did have some issues with the ac unit but it was not a huge deal. The location was great for morning and evening strolls. I would definitely book again.

Four of my lifelong college friends and I stayed for 3 nights! The home was clean and cozy! The amenities lent themselves to the perfect fall weekend ! The bedrooms were comfortable for 5 of us. The bathrooms were perfect with 2 showers and a powder room downstairs! We did have trouble with with the AC upstairs but we managed. It was cool & comfortable downstairs! Overall, we loved the property and would rent again!

This home has a perfect layout for large group. The great room is sunny and truly great! Ideally located in quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. The property has all the convenient appliances along with a grill alongside large patio with large table with umbrella. Can’t stress just how comfortable this home was for us. Will be back to this property the next time we visit Rhodey.

What a wonderful long weekend we had with family in Narragansett! We were 3 couples staying at this beautiful property and one 10 month old baby. Jonathan was so easy to work with and the house had everything you could possibly want. We were very close to the beach and a short drive to Newport which we visited for the day. We enjoyed several of Jonathan’s recommended restaurants (Trio and Crazy Burger) as well as Matunuck Oyster House which we loved! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils making it easy to cook a delicious dinner with ingredients that we purchased at the wonderful, upscale Belmont Market. We especially loved eating our breakfasts outside on the patio at the big table and chairs. The living areas are spacious and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed using the outdoor shower, what a treat! Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again when we visit the area.

Beautiful house.

We love this home and look forward to renting again when we have the occasion to be in RI again. As soon as we pulled up the the house, I got a positive vibe that it would be a very tranquil place for us to relax, spend time together as a couple and with our adult children and wives who popped in at different times during the visit. The location is fantastic! Every morning, we walked to the beach, enjoying the water views and beautiful homes along the way. The house itself was wonderful. Lots of space for everyone. Two Living areas, two dining areas, plus a kitchen island and beautiful outdoor space with lovely pavers, plantings, chairs and large dining table. Our favorite room was the large living space in the back of the house, an addition, I suspect, with vaulted ceilings, a skylight, a gas fire place and an very comfy sectional. The sunlight was wonderful in the morning. We could do yoga in there. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep while journaling in there one morning. At night we enjoyed sitting around with family. The house has Air conditioning which is wonderful! The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated. We really used all of the space including the comfy living room in the front of the house. We had a couple of personal projects that we were working on and could do so in any of the lovely spaces. The owner is wonderful and responsive to questions. The location was a great jumping point for the activities we had planed: A trip to Block Island, a bridal shower in Newport (that we hosted), lots of trips to Galilee for seafood and again, relaxing in the wonderful house in between. I felt like being there and in RI was a transcendental experience. I am from RI, have moved away and always look forward to being back. This was our first VRBO in RI and look forward to this being the new standard for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay at Narragansett Pier! The house was very cute with good amenities and nice location close to restaurants and beach! Jonathan was so nice to work with and was extremely accommodating! A great place to get away to enjoy comfortable surroundings and salty air! Would recommend and stay again for certain!

We spent nine nights between Christmas and New Years at the house. Was very comfortable for two families. The proximity to the beach was great and we enjoyed bundling up and taking walks on the sand. We also enjoyed the cozy sun room which was perfect for relaxing with a book or movie. Great spot to spend the holidays!

We had a great time at Jonathan's place. Every room was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. Location was perfect, 20 minutes from Newport for our perfect afternoon shopping spree.

We had a great stay. The house has plenty of room and everything is well marked so easy to cook, turn on lights etc. great neighborhood for walking and close to the beach and places to eat.

Located in the bucolic Earl's Court neighborhood, this very pleasant, comfortable home was perfectly suited to our family of 4 with friends for kids. It is an easy bike ride to Narragansett Town Beach (2 beach passes is an awesome feature!), and comfortably proximal to town. Great neighborhood for easy walks. Super combination of spaces for relaxing, lovely outdoor shower, good bed spaces. Would happily rent here again!

We enjoyed our VRBO experience. We stay in many homes and this one was well appointed, spacious and met all of our needs, including that of our dog! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to take nice walks where we met the friendly neighbors. Although we did not walk to the beach we easily could have done so knowing that supplies were in the Narragansett Beach locker. We revisited our old haunts and new ones as well. Three of us had to work while staying in Narragansett and the FIOS connection was wonderful! A home we will definitely revisit!!!

We came here during the early days of the COVID-19 lockdown in late March 2020. The goal was to explore this part of Rhode Island before our daughter started at URI in the fall. We had a great week exploring southern Rhode Island and the town of Narragansett. Although not a lot was open, we still got great feeling for this small ocean front town. The house was super clean when we arrived, and everything worked as expected. I was working remotely and the new high speed Internet was awesome. I have to say our favorite part of the house was the sunroom, it must be a great place to enjoy the breeze in the summer.
