Room space

Excellent staff, good breakfast. Pool was nice. Everything was as expected, not my first or last time at this property. Value for the money is great, location is very good.

I love how friendly and helpful the staffs were. The place was clean and the pool was deep. The ac worked perfectly and kept my room cool for great nights of sleep. It was nice to have hot water and nice strong water running too. I like that this location was only 10mins from the central park and the micrbus station. It was in a very convenient location. The breakfast they provided was also wonderful too!

The internet was a bit lagging in my room, but it was fine once I found a spot by the dining table. The kitchen stove in my room actually didn't work but the staff allowed me to use their kitchen to cook my own food so that was nice.

The pool and courtyard were nice and the staff was friendly

The wifi didn't reach the rooms our group had booked. There were alot of mosquitos in our rooms but no mosquito nets so we got eaten alive. I had no full size towl in my room so after my first shower I realized I only had hand towels to dry with. The walls and curtain areas obvioslt needed a deep cleaning. The AC unit was filthy.

Nice breakfast and good central location

I had a noisy room with other guests poolside and close to the dining area where the staff hung out talking loudly and singing. Despite a sign in my room mentioning the pool hours were 8am-8pm, there were guests in the pool still past 10pm. I also saw a huge cockroach in my bathroom on my first night (on my towel) which was shrugged off as ‘it’s tropical here) when I mentioned it to staff the following day. (I’ve been travelling in Nica for 4 months and never seen a roach before now) The room was furnished strange with a baby cot in the un-functioning kitchen, broken bedside lights, a fake dead flower arrangement, and a large wall cabinet in front of the main light switch. I did not have the amenities as per the booking listing (no fridge) and when I questioned this they said they’d put one on my room, but never did.

Staff were helpful, great location and top breakfast.
