We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is excellent (quiet neighborhood with amazing views, close to hiking trails and downtown), the house itself is modern and clean, and the outdoor space makes a day at home feel like a luxe resort getaway. When we had a small question about the property (couldn’t figure out the remote-operated window shades) we had an immediate response and resolution from the property manager. Would absolutely stay again!

Our family stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The home is gorgeous and Hector and Jesus could not have been more helpful. Huge home, lots of storage, gorgeous furnishings, appliances and amenities. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the be auto of Palm Springs.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with lifelong friends! Couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect, luxurious location! Everything was as described! Truly special property!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and Hector, the host, is a very nice guy. He was very flexible and accommodating. Each room is comfortable with a beautiful living room and outside. Highly recommend!

My family and I (5 adults and 2 teens) really enjoyed staying in this house. There was plenty of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. The large kitchen is well equipped with cookware and utensils, so we made a few dinners at the house. The backyard is quite large with an opulent pool and hot tub, fire pit, and grill. We loved hanging out in the yard and the pool with views to the mountains. The neighborhood is well located in the southwest part of Palm Springs, near shops and restaurants. Hector and Jesus were wonderful hosts who were very responsive with the few questions we had. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again!

This property is incredible and located in a neighborhood with some amazing history! We rented it for the week of Thanksgiving. We didn't use all the rooms, but the place easily could sleep 5 couples. It's very quiet and peaceful...the rules about noise were very welcomed as we wanted some quiet time away from busy life. The hosts are wonderful people, very warm and helpful. The house is stocked with some basics for cooking. They have a whole set of beach towels and every shower is stocked with the essentials. The beds are super comfortable. While the price is a bit expensive, we found the beauty and peace of the property worth every single penny. We look forward to visiting again. Don't hesitate....do something special and memorable for the people you love and spend a few days here!

Beautiful home, and perfect pool area for both adults and young kids!

The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. For such an expensive place to stay, however, the house is neither properly maintained nor adequately equipped. Upon our arrival there were two patio umbrellas, both of which were broken; one was replaced the next day but the other wasn't replaced until the fifth day. The lounge chairs were filthy, pool towels were ripped, the pool lights did not work, and one of the fire torches along the side of the pool is not working properly and, as a result, I lit my hair on fire when lighting it! The bedroom fan is broken as are the window shades in the master bathroom and the first time we used the toaster, it caught on fire! There is no manual in the house from the manager letting guests know important details such as explaining how to lock the master bedroom door to the outside because it isn't working properly; therefore, the first night we had to sleep with the door unlocked. There are essentially two rooms in the public area of the house: the kitchen/dining area and the living room. Although the house sleeps 10, there are seats for only 7 people in the living room and one of them is broken. The house lacks the typical items that are found in a high-end rental home such as pantry items, food storage supplies (foil, plastic wrap, zip lock baggies, clips to close things such as potato chip bags, bag of sugar and flour), coffee pods for the coffee maker.... Upon our arrival the light on the dish washer indicated that rinse aid was needed however there wasn't any in the house. As a result we had to make a separate trip to the grocery store just to pick up basic household necessities which was incredibly frustrating particularly after traveling many hours to get to the house. A surprising and frustrating discovery was the fact that both the spa and the swimming pool could not be heated at the same time- you can only heat one or the other. Had there been a manual in the house, we would have been aware of this and many other critical things. One night we came home from dinner and wanted to use the spa but the water was cold; because there wasn't a manual, we texted Hector to find out why when the heater was set to 103 degrees and he got angry that we were bothering him at 9:30 pm! Unfortunately our vacation was not as wonderful as were our other stays at homes in Palm Springs because of these problems which would have been avoided if the house was properly maintained.

We wanted to move in. The rooms were clean and nice, the bathrooms devine and the kitchen massive. The pool was well utilized and a favorite of everyone.

We had a great time - everyone loved the pool and the house was perfect for our group. It was a little frustrating not having music at the pool, but it was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All-in-all, we had a great experience made better by the house managers, Hector and Nico, who both did a really great job!!! Thank you ….

The pool and lounge chairs couldn't have been better and the view of the palm trees and mountains were breathtaking. Hector was great to communicate with even if it seemed like we were reminded about the noise ordinance a few too many times...but I get it, they're just protecting their investment. Hector was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times and even had an AC unit repaired that had gone out while we were there. We'd definitely go back!

Ample garage space was a plus for golf clubs and rental cars. The neighborhood was secluded and beautiful! We were a short distance from downtown and all the amazing Palm Springs amenities. The bedrooms were all perfect, with incredible bathrooms, no one was shortchanged in a less than perfect room. The kitchen and living room alongside the floor to ceiling sliding window walls made for a Beautiful and luxurious experience all day. The pool was over-the-top amazing, the pool chairs were well-maintained and so comfortable, the spa, the pool, the outdoor fire pit, were all absolutely outstanding. There was a nice grill and a large outdoor picnic table for outdoor dining, and the golf area is just as perfect as the pictures look. Several past guests commented on the noise policy, it was a non-issue for us. Hector was upfront and transparent with the Palm Springs city ordinances, and it never impacted our trip experience at all. The environment around the house is so peaceful and beautiful several of us mentioned that music would’ve disrupted the experience. We spent the mornings and afternoons at the pool laughing and talking, went out to nice dinners at night, had a private chef come in, and enjoyed late night in the pool or having fun in the house, it was an amazing experience. Thank you Hector for the experience of a lifetime! We were celebrating several 40th birthdays and all visiting from the Midwest this was the perfect trip for our group of friends.

The property was stocked with everything we needed and Hector was attentive to any and all needs. Lots of space for everyone--we grilled, hung out in the kitchen, pool, and spa. We are now Vrbo fans. There was some initial sticker shock at the cost, but what we got was far beyond what we would have had with separate rooms for the same number of people at a luxury resort.

The house is amazing and looks just like the pics. The beds are really soft and comfortable. All in all it was amazing but Palm Springs is very strict about the noise. And the property manager sent a very threatening email the day we were arrive about how he wouldn’t hesitate to kick us out our first night there if we violated any of the rules. We understood the rules and didn’t need this kind of email to start the trip. Very disappointed with that. Also if you are looking to party… I would not recommend coming to Palm Springs. If you are coming to just relax and sleep then Palm Springs is great.
