The location and property itself were perfect for our family consisting of adults and children. The two pool options are nice and you’re 10-15 minutes from anywhere you would want to be in Branson. The outside features were nice to enjoy the outdoors and take in the lake views. The house was comfortable and accommodating. Minor issue with fridge going out but Beth and her team offered quick service to remedy but the extra fridge was an easy temporary fix. Great stay!

We loved our stay in Noni’s Lakeview lodge! The house was clean and well appointed. Grandparents loves the main floor suite so they didn’t need to climb stairs, the grandkids loved the arcade games and foosball, the parents liked the deck, fire pit, and two ovens to cook for a crowd! A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Close to town. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. No complaints except that the carpet on the stairs had stains.

Thank you for sharing your very clean and beautiful home! It was set up perfectly for our family! We really appreciated the door on the stairs going to basement since we had 2 crawling babies and a toddler!! Not all homes have that so it was wonderful!! The other set of stairs was tucked away behind the couch so no issues there!! The porch swing worked quite nicely for rocking babies to sleep!! Lots of bonuses for families with young children! We would definitely stay here again!!

The property was amazing! The location was great also. Only negatives about trip were. We wish there was a hot tub! Both properties on either side had hot tubs, and we did not! And sliding glass door locks did not work. All in all, we had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay. Nice house in a good location. Easy to get everywhere we needed to be. Property contact was easy to deal with and quick to fix or offer to fix issues that we had. Would definitely consider this place if we return to the area.

This property was beautiful, clean and convenient to every thing. When we come back this will be our first choice for accommodations.

Having the 3 stories for us was perfect. We were traveling with family members that have an infant. The infant family took the top floor. The family with 2 rowdy kids took the bottom floor. And the single family member took the main level. This allowed everyone to spread out and The kids could all still play on the bottom floor without distrubing the infant. We all had an amazing time.

This was the perfect home for our family gathering! It was very clean, the floor plan was great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for food prep, and our kids and grandkids so enjoyed the arcade game and foosball. Memories were made. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful home! We have stayed in many VRBOs across the US and without a doubt, this was our favorite! The home was laid out perfectly for our large family with multiple couples and 6 kiddos. We definitely plan to return often.

Just a quick trip to see the Sight and Sound and a few others. This was perfect for locaton and had the 4 bedrooms with baths! We stayed on the lower level, which allow for 2 full baths. I do suggest the king mattress be replaced!

Property was as advertised. Communication with Beth was great! Water tasted way different from what we were accustomed to but that is easily remedied with bottled from any local store. Hot water was not that hot but could be remedied with bumping up the water heater. Our party consisted of two grandparents, 4 parents and 5 kids ages 4-10. The property easily accommodated all of us with ease; 3 levels to spread out!! Kids loved the indoor pool. Easy access to the strip and SDC. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks Beth for a great place to celebrate with family.

We met family and had a great weekend. We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything, but still out quiet on the lake.

Perfect room arrangement for our family.

We had a great stay. The house and location was wonderful.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids 3-7. This place is as advertised. Very clean, lots of room and great location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, walk out deck on main level was great and walk out below with fenced in area was great as well. They had an extra gas tank for grill and grill was in great shape. Only issue we had that you need to be aware of is the venting over the stove needs to be fixed with venting to outside of house. Currently venting puts the smoke back into the house. Wife was cooking sausage for breakfast with very little smoke and it set off the fire alarm. Called Beth and she answered, told her what was going on and she said no way to shut off alarm, fire department has to come out to turn off. They showed up in about 20 minutes which is concerning if it was a real fire. They turned it off and told us that they are at this property many times due to smoke from cooking and that venting is wrong and needs to be fixed. I would recommend owner invest in getting venting right. Other than that this place is awesome and I give it a 5 star rating. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Also Beth went the extra mile to try to help us get the alarm shut off and she was very helpful.

We had our annual family vacation here with 9 adults and 2 infants and it was perfect! We loved the beautiful views off the back porch where we had breakfast and coffee every morning, fire pit, cornhole game, LARGE table for family meals, and perfect layout. Master bedroom on the main level was convenient. Two king bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs were just right for our two couples with infants. Our single kids stayed in the basement and the gaming area was fun. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

The property is beautifully decorated with SO much great space. Clean, well equipped and even larger than expected. Nice view of the lake. It was just perfect for our five couple annual card club getaway. The Table Rock Marina is close by and we enjoyed a lovely morning/afternoon on a pontoon boat.

This property has everything to offer for a trip with an extended family. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms and privacy when needed. We loved having the basement to gather as a group to play games. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway!

This was our annual vacation with 4 families ranging from ages 75 yrs. old down to 11 yrs. old. Including older teens. Plenty of room for all of us! Love all the bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Would recommend to others! Thank you for sharing your cabin! Moonshine beach was a favorite with all of us.

Our stay was awesome! The property had plenty of room for the whole family (actually the accomodations were perfect for our group). The location worked well for us and was easily accessed for all our activities.

This property is AMAZING and immaculately clean. My family of 11 were all able to spend quality time together playing games and chatting yet we were able to have our own private area to sleep or relax. The house was easy to find, checking in was a breeze, and we were close to all the attractions and shows in Branson. We did a lot of our cooking and found the kitchen very well equipped. The laundry stayed caught up with 3 washers. We will definitely be back. I really hated leaving.

We went for Memorial Day weekend with my family, my brother’s family and my mother. There are bedrooms and amenities on each level so we were able to spread out and enjoy the full property. Everything was as pictured, clean and well stocked for our needs. The neighborhood was friendly and we enjoyed interacting with everyone else at the pools and playground. We would definitely book again!

We had 4 couples visiting Branson for my parents 80th birthday. The rental had a great setup with 4 seperate bedrooms & full bathrooms, along with a main kitchen & living room on the main floor with a smaller version of both in the basement. The location had nice views of Table Rock Lake and was a short drive away from Branson. Highly recommend this rental for a family vacation. The communication from the property manager was excellent, and the check in/out process was simple and pain free.
