Transfer airport to Hotel takes longer - 30+mins as there are multiple pickup stops. Transfer back to Terminal 2 was very quick 15mins :) Driver extremely efficient. Nice touch seeing Hotel Logo on transfer bus (100% good) Checkin was efficient with good language skills by staff (thank you!) A bit surprising to have to go outside to cross to another section of the hotel for accommodation. However the room-suite was lovely and big with all needs and more provided. The coffee sachets, bathroom soaps/shampoo and complimentary water in fridge 100% great. Complimentary coffee from hotel cafe most welcome. Slept very comfortably in bed with choice of pillows. Darkened curtains a bonus. Will book again and recommend to travellers.

Webpage could be updated to advise travellers that the complementary shuttle bus needs to booked in advance via a hotel link and that the trip will take 30mins plus upon arrival because of multi pickups (that way travellers know it will take a bit of extra time to get to hotel -- especially after a long and tiring flight). That return transfer to airport is approx 15mins to T2 and can be prebooked at time of checkin. This extra information would be comforting to know. Your webpage also still indicates facilities as "Exercise Room + Massage" .. pre-Covid?

It was very convenient to get off the train and take a left turn as we exited to walk into the hotel. It is in the centre of a large commercial area with lots of cafes, restaurants. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room was spacious. Close to shops, restaurants and bakery. Shuttle to airport.

One staff member spoke to me inappropriately at check in, different man was attending us but he cut in from behind to tell me something about Japanese language, I did not appreciate his way of communication. He drove the shuttle bus the next day to the airport, he did not care if I had a baby, he let his friends sit in the front and then asked other mum with baby and I “it’s okay?” Not cool :(

Free shuttle service from and to Incheon Airport, though not available 24 hrs. Free wifi is very good. Close to Unseo metro station. Close to shopping areas and eating places. The room is spacious and quiet. The bathroom is also spacious. There's voucher for free welcome tea or coffee.

I feel the luggage storage is not secured, though there's cctv around the hotel lobby.

The site was so close to the metro stop as well as the Lotte Mart. The 24 hrs shop downstairs plus the shuttle options are just amazing. So anytime of the day whether u arrive or depart the place is just meant for a stay.

The room was okay, I guess, but the first room they assigned to me was already occupied (!) which no one realized until I hauled my luggage upstairs and tried to enter the room (!!). Good thing the other person had the latch on the door locked. Imagine chilling in your room and suddenly someone else with a correct key card tries to enter! I was assigned another room after I called the reception desk.

I picked this hotel because it boasted free airport shuttle service (that needed to be pre-booked on the day before). Unfortunately when I arrived downstairs at the appointed time in the morning, it turned out that the hotel "shuttle bus" had very little storage space available and was not able to fit in the suitcases of at least one third of the people who booked the service. The guests were told to haul the suitcases up the steep steps inside the bus by themselves (!!) and then the driver put the suitcases in piles on the front seats (how is that even safe or legal?). Seeing as I was travelling alone with 3 large 23kg suitcases, I definitely wasn't going to do that, so I had to book a last minute taxi to the airport. If you plan to use this hotel's shuttle bus service, beware.

Room was bare. Amenities minimal. The gym was dirty and threadbare.

The hotel is located right next to Unseo station(airport line), which I found very convenient to travel to the airport. The room was spacious and it was easy to access to the amenity like shops, shopping mall(i.e. Lotte Mart), restaurants, and pubs outside the hotel. We were given coffee coupons but we did not use them.

The front desk staff was very stoic and spoke like a robot. We arrive at the hotel earlier than check-in time. We did not expect early check-in, but any staff member with a common sense still can say HELLO to the guests, I guess. Rather she waited until I said I was there for stay for one night, and she was snappy saying "check-in time is 3:00 PM". Another complaint point was the elevator. I could not understand their algorithm. There was a lift which indicates level 1, but you can't get on it. The hotel is easily packed with travelers but there were three lifts which functioning mechanism does not make any sense. Lastly, I was not able to find the gym. I followed the sign but I failed.

The breakfast isn't as good as I was expecting, no butter, no hot milk, no beacon, really poor setup for a buffet breakfast.

Excellent large room featuring a large bed and contemporary finishes. Clean and staff were very helpful (they spoke English). Very close to Unseo station, the closest stop to Incheon Airport and has restaurants below.

location near metro exit, and near airport. Best choice for those visitors who take late night flight or super early flight.
