Darrell was the best host we have ever had. Responses were very quick and positive! The condo was clean and worked well for our family of 6. Noise was at a minimum and the pools and bbq grills are cleaned daily. It is so convenient to the beach and so many items in the closet to use at the beach. There is an elevator if you prefer over walking up the stairs. Our 22 month old called it our Hawaii home and felt like it was home. Enjoy your stay!

My husband, 12 year old son, and I stayed at this condo with my parents for a wonderful week vacation. We all enjoyed having some private space (the kid had the loft) as well as plenty of room to eat and hang out together on the deck. Wonderful snorkeling and beach just a short walk away was great for my son to spend time with his grandparents while my husband and I got to explore the island and surf and hike. Closest restaurants and shops are about a .5 mile stroll, so this spot would be wonderful to stay even without a car.

The location of the condo was even better than expected. Great park and beach across the road. Walking distance for sure!!!! The closet on the lanai had everything you need (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, and even a wagon!!!!). Kitchen fully stocked. View of upper pool and tennis court. Wonderfully way to finish off the day, sitting with a cold beer from Maui Brewing and watching all the kids run around on the lawn and playing tennis. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Well supplied kitchen and walking distance to a few restaurants. Hosts were attentive and engaging. The only slightly negative thing for our party was the loft bedroom is literally outside of the master bedroom offering little to no privacy for the person occupying the loft bed. But honestly that was minor especially with how great the rest of the condo was! Thank you for sharing your space!

This was a great place for us. We visited Maui for a few days to visit with family from the island, but having Kam 3 right across the street allowed us to squeeze some time at the beach without having to drive anywhere before having to meet family. They also have lots of beach accessories for your use. Communication with owners was also very quick and prompt.

The location was perfect. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and comfortable. The views of the ocean and the volcano were amazing. The landlord was responsive to questions and concerns. Beach equipment was available for our family of 6. If we ever come to Maui again, we will definitely stay here. It felt like our home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Darrell and Tammie’s Maui condo. It is literally across the street from the beach and only a couple of minutes from the Kihei boat launch for snorkel tours. We loved to sit out on the lanai and just enjoy the beautiful weather when we rested between activities. It is centrally located to all the various areas of the island - and we took full advantage of what the island has to offer. Parking was always great. The condo is stocked with anything you need at home and at the beach. All the beach supplies are in great condition, which is so rare. The boys loved body boarding at Hamoa Beach (highly recommend!). Most importantly for me, the condo was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Maui. As we left, my 17 year old son said, “I am going to miss this place.” That’s a pretty good endorsement.

Darrell & Tammie have a wonderful home. The check in process was easy and the premises were nice and clean. I greatly appreciated the personal touch with the phone call to ensure our stay was going well, and the recommendation to check out the swap meet in Kahului was perfect for my family. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Maui!

The property was just as listed and located in a fabulous area of Maui. The condo was on the third floor and enabled us to see the ocean and sunsets. The property owners had beach gear and boogie boards, and a sport wagon for our use. So nice and happily used!!

Our family of six celebrated graduations and our 30th anniversary at this location and it was perfect. The owners communicated well and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The location is an easy walk across the street to the beach and we saw fish, sea turtles, and even an eel while snorkeling there. Boogie boarding was fun with the owner’s nice boards and having beach chairs and umbrellas made our days at the beach enjoyable. Restaurants are easy to walk or drive to and offered delicious seafood and local cuisine. Local Kihei food trucks were among our favorite stops. The condo was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The condo pool was also a pleasant way to end our day, with a perfect temperature. Do not hesitate in booking this location. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning kept all rooms at a good sleeping temperature. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it had all of the basics that we would have needed. Easy check-in process. Loved the location. Kihei is a very cute beach town. Easy walk to the Cinnamon Roll for morning coffee and pastries. Walked to Maui Thai Bistro, Fred's Mexican Grill, and Coconut's Fish Cafe for dinners. Kamaole Beach park is a great location for sunset. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Maui.

Condo was good. Lots of beach chairs etc. Beds are super FIRM. Not comfortable. Pull out bed upstairs needs new mattress very uncomfortable. Didn't use the downstairs pullout. Have stayed in other units with more comfortable beds.

The property was great. It was well stocked and my expectations aligned with the listing. The owners were great as well. My girls enjoyed being able to play tennis - thank you for having rackets available, as well as the pool and beach close by. We had a lovely time!

Over all was a great experience. We had enough room we had enough beds. Full size kitchen. Full size laundry. Lot of beach gear. Working ac. Our family was very pleased.

Tammie & Darrell’s place was an amazing condo with great amenities views and spacious enough for our group of 6 to relax and enjoy and not feel crowded or in each others space after a long day of exploring the beautiful isle of maui. We really enjoyed the two pools to cool off in. The AC in each room really cooled the space down quickly and the lanai is a great spot to drink you’re morning coffee. It’s a clean well stocked and easy to navigate for extra blankets or towels. The lanai closet was filled with lots of beach supplies- chairs snorkels coolers and boogie boards and If we’re ever in Maui again we’ll defiantly look at booking this rental again!

This condo was perfect for our very first visit to Maui! We were celebrating my sons graduation from high school with family and friends. I had no idea on where to stay while researching Maui. I just went on previous reviews. I can honestly say this location was perfect. My criteria was 1. Walking distance to the beach. 2. Snorkeling from the beach. 3. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. 4. Close proximity to airport and other important destinations. This condo checked all the boxes. The beach was perfect. We watched sunrises and sunsets, we watched sea turtles and we used most of the beach equipment that is provided in the condo. The coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and snorkel gear was perfect. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner most of the evenings. There were plenty of additional restaurants and shops just down the street. We participated in several excursions around Maui so the central location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever lucky enough to visit Maui in the future.
