It's a great space for several people to relax and enjoy Wells from. Loved the huge comfortable lounge and dining area. The kitchen and it's facilities were the best I've come across. Hosts were very friendly and the wine and cake were a nice touch. The cinema room was good fun too.

Not it's fault, but the car park is on 2 sides and there was some noise in the evening from youthful car drivers that often appear in such places to enjoy a chat and perhaps a smoke. Despite this, you feel quite peaceful and secluded the majority of the time. The stairs to the mezzanine sleeping area should only be attempted very carefully. The steps are varying and narrow and even if you're not very tall you have to bend over to avoid banging your head. Best used by sensible children!

The most beautiful house in an excellent location! Very cosy especially when the log fire was burning and we all appreciated the under floor heating. Also very kind owners who maintained contact and sorted out some minor issues

The accommodation was great for our family group to get together. The weather was not good, but there was so much space and with the cinema room plenty to keep us occupied. The location was close to the sea front harbour and the main shopping street.

The property was in the public car park so theres a lot of noise from car park users coming and going with the odd car alarm going off from time to time.
