Perfect location, everything (the city center, the beach, the cable cars) were by a few min. easy walking distance. The appartment was super clean and tidy, and well equipped.

Unfortunately the windows look at the main road of Zell am See, and the traffic was really noisy.

The apartments are centrally located. Just a short walk to almost everything - public transport, super market , city centre and the lakefront. The hosts are warm and gracious. They infact even used to replace our towels every two days. The Zell Am See Kaprun card provided by the property is a must have since it provides access to most of the mountain lifts, public transport including the pinzgau lokalbahn absolutely free. If you are going for a car hire, the gas station is located bang opposite to the apartment, Zell am see is a prime location, if you are planning to do Grossglockner high alpine road. The car renting agency We Rent is also located nearby adjacent to the railway station. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby serving Asian as well as middle eastern & Turkish delicacies.

Everything was good. However we chose apartment 6 which was on the main road so the noise of traffic from the road could be disturbing for light sleepers. However it was fine with us.

The location is perfect. Just a few minuts to CityXpress gondola station and the postbus stop is almost in front if you want to take the bus to Saalbach. 3 minutes to Postplatz for bus to the Kaprun/Glacier. Sauna in the basement also a big plus and the skiroom was useful as well. We stayed in apt. 4 which has a balcony facing midday/afternoon sun. Two bedrooms with two/three bathrooms. Very spacious kitchen/livingroom where there is sofa for extra persons. Overall equipment of kitchen is very much ok, too.

Foor some reason there was cigarette smoke in the bigger bedroom and its bathroom. We could not tell where it came from but needed to open the window all the time to get fresh air. This is something that should be taken care of. I do not know whether there was somebody smoking in another apartment or is this a former smokers apartment. However, the smoke / smell was only detectable in the bigger bedroom.

Location is great and the Zell Am See card is so useful to get around and you save a lot of money with that card. Apartment has everything you need to make your stay wonderful

Noise of traffic and tight parking

It was a nice and comfortable place right in the city centre. The property owner was really nice and she was able to accomodate us even before the agreed time. Summer cards are a great benefit which saves a lot of money when using cable cards, going to gorges or swimming.

The parking place is smaller so it's difficult to move there with a bigger car, especially when other cars are parked.

It was clean and there were plenty of room. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. Nice big balcony. We would definetly recommend this place. Nice that we got sommercards, that made our stay in Sell am zee very convenient.

Close to a Big Road.

Great location with parking place, large apartment with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, lot of towels... close to lake, city centre and pool. Nice owners. We are looking forward for our next stay. Benefit is also Zell am See card provided by owners, we save lot of money.

It was really nice apartment, 2min from center, with parking, sauna... Separated bedroom from dining area, clean, everything included in the kitchen really whatever you need, Zell am see card was included and this is amazing for attractions... The owner is really nice and helpful what ever you need she is there for you. All in all we had great stay and definitely recommend it and would come again. Thanks
