big room with good view, parking on site

breakfast was disappointing. cheese was synthetic wrapped in plastic; one piece for all the guests. no meat or vegetables. 2 tiny day old pancakes were offered. there were boxed juices. there were at least fresh berries and jams and honey, however, and one croissant per guest

Location right by the sea with easy access to beach was super. Safe parking behind gates. A breakfast mainly sweet with croissants and other pastry but enough for us (but we recommend to arrive early). The view from the bathroom was the greatest ever 😄 Two dinner recommendations: a casual Il Terrone (just in the corner of the same alley) and then for seafood Porto Matto (a five minutes walk only).

The balcony was very small with neighbours behind you in about 10 cm distance, so it felt like you were sitting on their lap (it was a square balcony that was divided in two triangles). And luckily we had the best balcony and the best view, so make sure your booking is for the "front" half of the balcony.

This B&B is just perfect Well located close to the Avola great beaches and between Noto and Siracusa . The host are so kind ! The breakfast is amazing with fresh and home made products. Our huge room was perfect with a balcony and view on the sea - great garden Special thanks to Salvo for his great tips for best beaches and best restaurant in Noto ( casa matta best pizza ever) and Avola Ci vulia. Location was great, parking was great. Its an easy walk down to the beach. The B&B has a great view of the sea. The hosts are very helpful. Recommended!

Breakfast wasn't out of this world, however, it was good considering the price for breakfast.

Wonderful place, just by the sea, very clean, spacious room cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast with home-grown ingredients, very friendly hosts, they have prepared especially for us continental breakfast. Everything was super tasty: cheese with almonds, orange jam, local fruit. Safe parking spot in the internal parking. Beautiful view from the window, sea sound all the time. Nice garden with palms and chairs to eat breakfast or drink coffee by the sea.

Good place for stay in Avila. Very friendly owner. She prepared breakfast before usual time, for early leave. Great view.

Walls too thin, you can hear what the neighbor is doing

Friendly reception, easy parking in the courtyard. Very good breakfast in a very nice and well kept garden, some simple restaurants in walking distance. Mosquito plug in the room (there were more).

Beautiful property jailed behind a massive sliding gate. No proper stairs or access to the sea just behind the BnB wall, need to climb across seaweed and stones. Somewhat bleak room decoration.
