Lovely cosy and just all round beautiful spot, short drive to lovely coastal locations. Very easy from check in to check out! Felt like home.

Iluka Cottage was a wonderful property to stay in both from the location (set in trees, not overlooked although a car is needed) and property perspectives. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bedrooms were lovely, the outside space outstanding and it was lovely and clean. We would highly recommend this property A*****

Beautiful country feel. Enjoyed our stay

It is obvious that the owners of Iluka love and care for this property. We arrived to a very well organised and clean home. It is an older property, with dark hardwood floors and high ceilings. Like a forest cabin. The bathroom and separate toilet off the laundry are older, but were very clean. Our first night it was quite chilly and the whole house was nicely warmed by the amazing flued fireplace. The next day it warmed up and so we enjoyed the kookaburras and wrens from the balcony as we sipped a glass of local wine. Linen and beds were super clean and comfy. It seemed like anything we needed could be found in a drawer or cupboard. The water got hot, not tepid. There were sanitary bins in the toilet and shower, which seemed to be missing in all the other properties we stayed on our holiday (a simple but notable positive). Wifi and Chromecast worked a treat using the apps I have on my phone. We were only five minutes drive from Denmark centre. Also, the master guest room had a games and reading lounge area with two reading chairs which my parents enjoyed in peace away from playing children and dinner preparations. Would recommend to any families looking for a safe and private base, away from other families and noise. Or small groups looking to enjoy home cooked food and wine on the deck or by the fireplace. Big thumbs up!

Lovely property. Everything we needed. Having the deck overlooking the bush was very nice and relaxing.

We stayed at Ocean Beach over the recent school holidays. The house was absolutely perfect, so well equipped, clean and super cosy.

We had a lovely stay, was great to wake up and have our coffee on the porch amongst the trees. Close to some beautiful beaches and scenery, loved being able to sit by the fire on those chilly evenings too. Thanks!
