Our host Lizzie was super. Nothing was too much trouble. We were staying for "Glorious Goodwood" week and the location was fabulous with no need to drive. Our room was very clean and a nice size with a very comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be returning.

Well looked after. Good, comfy room. Quiet area in the main as it's in a cul-de-sac.

Unfortunately we were woken up early by noise from the adjacent farm buildings.

Own key to front door and access quite late was amazing when coming for a wedding in the next village. Great breakfast provided and couldn’t fault it!

It was lovely and comfortable. Lizzi was a great hostess. I can’t fault it.

Very central for all sorts of activities — Goodwood horse and car racing, Chichester for the theatre festival, hiking on the South Downs, charming country pubs.

Bedrooms a bit close together and a bathroom separate from the room, not en suite although for our exclusive use.

Lizzie is a wonderful host. the property and the rooms are lovely. there is a lovely breakfast room and an ample breakfast served to all palates. the beds are really comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. there is parking. We took our dogs and Lizzie wavered the dogs payment to sponsor us on our sponsored walk, which was really, really kind!! it is a beautiful little village with a 5 min walk to the local pub and a 5 min drive from Goodwood estate. highly recommended!! thank you Lizzie!

A lovely idyllic location perfect for my wife's visit to West Dean College. Lizzie is the perfect warm and friendly host, and her property is immaculate. Also Lizzie provided us with a perfectly cooked breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike

Location. comfy bed. Big private bathroom & nice shower.

No private parking at the property. I had to park 100 meters away in the access road. Breakfast not served until 8am. This is late & no use if you are visiting Goodwood Circuit for a track day. Room was cramped with no room for a chair to sit on. The electric kettle needed a good descale & clean. I was unable to drink the tea as it did not taste very nice. I was disappointed with this property. Not what I expected & did not live up to expectations from your website. Not worth £95 without breakfast.

it was a beautiful location, the house was really wonderful. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was so SO clean and well kept. Lizzie was a fantastic host, really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was BRILLIANT!
