We had 3 families with kids of varied ages and we found the home was large enough to give everyone their own space whilst common areas were perfect for all to gather. Home was clean, well equipped and location we found perfect. Basic amenities ran out like dishwashing tablets and toilet paper and when the weather turned poor there was no pay TV set up, which would be nice at this price point. That said, the coffee machine was great and stocked with coffee too. The steps are a little much for young kids or parents having to lug babiesnup and down but we managed fine. Evelyn was always pleasant, prompt in correspondence and accommodating. Would recommend and return on a future trip.

Kalyan house was fantastic in every way. Easy communication with hosts before arrival. Welcoming transfer. Property is just amazing. Big, spacious, very clean with everything you need.Lovely balconies where we enjoyed the sunsets and the view.Location is great, close to beach, One tree hill etc. The 2 golf buggies was great since there was 8 of us. Recommend this house for anyone who wants a nice place to stay. I hope we will be back!!

We were super impressed with this property. Even better the communication with Evelyn and Stephan. They were so helpful, so patient and very attentive. The property was spacious and clean and 9 of us stayed here very comfortably. Valet service was great, and we were even offered a late checkout. Location and views from all levels were our highlight. Thank you so much and we will be sure to visit again x

What a great location! We stayed with family for a wedding. The house was amazing, loved that every bedroom had an ensuite. The views were fantastic. Walking distance to everything, but we did all enjoy the buggies. Would highly recommend and would definitely be back

We had a very enjoyable 4 days at Kaylan. Clean, comfortable beds, every bedroom with an ensuite and beautiful views made it a perfect house for 8 adults and a baby. We hope to be back!

Kaylan House was a perfect place to holiday in Hamilton Island, spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully fitted out house with heaps of space for large family groups. The location was perfect with 3 decks to admire the amazing view. Couldn't find any faults, totally recommend this property.

We had a recent stay at Kaylan arriving New Years Eve for 8 nights. I travelled with my 4 adult children and 2 of their partners. The layout, amenities and location of the house made it perfect for our stay. Evelyn the owner was an absolute delight to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. I can't wait to return and I am planning a girls trip this year.

Great house for groups as every room has a bathroom and 2 separate lounges as well as 2 separate outdoor decks with fantastic views. Kept clean with every kitchen appliance / pans etc you can think of. Location also great within 3 min walking distance to beach & marina. Owners lovely to deal with really enjoyed our stay!

We were a large group staying at Kaylan House and two nearby apartments for a 40th birthday. The house is excellent. Well equipped, aircon and fans in all bedrooms and living areas, superb views and perfectly located. It is easy walking distance to marina and Resort side of the island where pools and beach are.
The only slight negative was the battery life of the buggy. To be fair it is advertised as being suitable for short trips only and that is the case. For exploring the island or more extended use you will need to hire another buggy.
I would highly recommend this house and based on extensive research think it is great value.
