Breakfast buffet selection was good. Walk to park was okay.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest-there were about 5-6 porters standing and staring at us struggling with luggage and didn’t even attempt to help, security was super rude, areas of hotel were dirty, room wasn’t the cleanest.

Proximity to park and early entry

Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Check out process was confusing—couldn’t even get a copy of my room charges. Security was very rude. Stairs to restaurant was dirty. Park hours weren’t posted anywhere. Room service for dinner only available to some hotel guests and not all. Cannot consider this a Disney Hotel experience because service was lacking everywhere at the hotel. Even upon arrival, the service staff at the entrance just stared at us and never asked if we needed assistance or provided direction to the entry. Will never recommend staying here. Highly overpriced for an outdated hotel.

The location of the hotel and the early entry to Disneyland Paris are the main selling points of this hotel. The parks are walking distance from the hotel, only like a 15 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel. We were able to enter the parks an hour earlier than non Disney hotel guests which made it easier to ride the popular attractions and take photos with less people in the background. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the Christmas decorations were classy.

The staff was inattentive, unhelpful, and negligent. As someone who is very familiar with the excellent customer service expected at the American Disney parks, I was very disappointed. Our room felt like a 5 mile hike away from the lobby on thickly carpeted floors making dragging our suitcases a chore. Plus there was no staff offering to take the luggage to the room. Our room was so hot and when we called about the air conditioning we were told there was no air conditioning because “it’s not the season for air conditioning” forcing us to sleep with the windows open.

Notre réservation était introuvable à notre arrivée à l'hôtel à 21h45. Nous avons dû attendre notre chambre pendant presque 1 heure ...avec des enfants exténués !

C'est top franchement je regrette rien un personnel de qualité à l'écoute gentil est agréable de la sécurité jusqu'à dans l'hôtel c t parfait. Une propreté irréprochable et la magie de Disney à opéré dans toute sa splendeur je reviendrai......

Close to Disney Park and nice walk

Aircondetion not working properly. Even after we called for maintanance they told us its a new system and this is how it works, Its always stuck on heater. The room was very hot. The bath tub drainage was broken, after filling the tub we could not drain it. There are other broken stuff as well in the room such as barthroom doornub and electrical outlet.

Excellent location, extraordinarily beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Soft beds, a pleasure to rest after a day spent at Disneypark. The bathroom and wardrobe are large and clean. There is a hair dryer and clothes iron.

There is no refrigerator! A corner for tea and coffee is provided, but they were only the support and not the teapot. It would be better for the image of the hotel if they provided some slippers, shampoo and other small items for the bathroom.

Rooms are tiny and badly need to be updated. Bathroom was terribly dated. Old carpet and hard mattresses. Quality less than a roadside Motel 6 for 500€ per night!! Truly a disappointment and disgrace to the Disney brand.

We had 4 people room , Only provides 1 of battle water not enough. No room slippers not convenient.

The hotel staff is amazing. they are very accommodating and wonderful.

The food. Every buffet has the same menu and there is no change to it. food options are limited if you dont like seafood.

the ambiance is very cute feels like im on a cruise. location is great just a short walking distance from the parks. one staff member at the concierge male with round glassed was so nice and trying his best to be helpful.

the staff were beyond rude and unhelpful. at checkin i barely got so much as a smile. houskeeping yelled at me!! all because i asked them if they had a toothbrush. they got mad and told me to call reception. room service is not 24/7 and only available to VIP members or u have to pay 10€ which was not worth it because the food is awful. concierge were frustrating because i wanted to get the premier access tickets and i was about to pay but my card didnt work so i got cash from atm the next day and they said they couldnt give me the premier pass??? how does that make sense? one day they can the next they couldnt.

We paid for Birthday cake and it was nice. That's the only good thing perhaps here

Buffet Dinner wasn't great especially for vegetarians as place was absolutely stinking of fish! There was no clear segregation of vegetarian and non vegetarian food which is common sense to do anyway but Disney pretty much failed on that. Worse part was the room especially towels as one of our towel was pretty much ripped and had holes in it so why would you even offer that to customers who has paid upwards of £700 for a night !!

You just get roof over your head and a bed. No service. For almost 1000 euro per night. The hotel is old but very well maintained. Bathrooms are awful. There is no mini bar and no room service. You get water on arrival. No refill. What really amazed me is that there is absolutely no attention to birthday kids. I was very disappointed.
