The staff team were the highlight of the stay, they were friendly and really want you to enjoy your time there. Always helpful and smiling it adds to the quality of the stay. A decent supermarket is less than 10 mins walking which is good. The apartment itself is basic but spacious and the bed is big and comfortable which was fine with us and the aircon was great We had Internet problems and they immediately sent someone to fix it (done within 15-20mins) they'd had new fast Internet fitted and just needed an extra router near to the room. No more problems after that (apart from city wide planned powercuts) The kitchen utensils could do with replacement and also getting some more equipment to make it better for longer term stays. Massive thanks to the hosts for giving us a nice experience after arriving in the country

Everything was exceptional. Hosts is super nice and Ravindu helps with literally every single request. Apartment is enormly big and it has all necessary equipment as listed. We’ve been to many places is Colombo, but this is definitely the cleanest one.

Great size, very helpful staff, aircon and balcony are lovely. Great communication from the staff who informed us of the national powercuts in advance so we could work around it. Stayed here a week and was great.

Sometimes there are ants but the staff clean your bins everyday if you leave your bin outside the room, so not too much of an issue.

Very friendly host family. The son gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. He arranged us a transfer to the embassy and after that to our next destnation. The owner and his wife were also super friendly and gave us good advise. Very clean and big rooms with AC, kitchen, fridge, balcony, good hot water shower. Very quiet during the night. We absolutely recommend VIVAS.

The cooking pots and pans could be of better quality

Service at Vivas residencies was incredible. Prassana and his son were extremely accommodating and helped me out with various issues such as printing out covid test results and even helping getting back my lost credit card. All the appliances worked great, and made us feel at home. I stayed at various locations in Colombo and I would say this is your best bet!

The best accommodations I have found in Colombo! Perfect location in the centre of everything and Pasindu and his family are the most accommodating people I have met. Modern facilities and tasteful design at an amazing price - everything you could possibly need for a stay in the city!

We were looked after from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for this lovely family run business. Pasindu was amazing and became more of a friend than a host from organising food, tuk tuks and recommending local places of interest to helping to track down my lost bag relentlessly calling the airport tracking my bag until it eventually arrived. The warmest welcome anybody could wish for in Sri Lanka in a beautiful clean spacious apartment..

I find it hard to find fault, maybe the wifi could be better but other than that nothing.
