Great location for adult children, aging parent alike

My experience at this villa was nearly perfect, thanks to its immaculate condition, breathtaking views, and unparalleled beach access. Every morning, the sight from the villa was a serene start to the day, and the easy access to the beach made my stay exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. The concierge service was also noteworthy, providing excellent recommendations and assistance throughout my visit. However, a notable service mishap occurred regarding checkout. Despite all written materials in the unit indicating an 11 AM checkout, management unexpectedly insisted on a 10 AM departure, disregarding our attempts to clarify this discrepancy. This led to unwelcome stress, as our departure plans, including transportation, were aligned with the originally understood time. It was only after our return home that management acknowledged this oversight. Oh well. Hopefully they have figured it out. The place is great!

Beautiful residence……living room doors open to bring the outdoors in……heat lamps on outdoor grill were an added bonus. Foliage provided privacy despite location adjacent to pool access path. Beautiful flowers, basket of treats and tour by rental agent provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely lovely!

Wailea Villas are the best. This was our 5 th time staying here. Close to the best golf on Maui at Wailea Gold and Emerald. Our Villa had everything we needed for our vacation.

This ocean front villa in Wailea was incredible. This villa was beautiful, comfortable, and had the most amazing view! I would highly recommend this property.

The property management was very helpful and friendly. We had a mid stay cleaning and they were also excellent. Highly recommended. It is time for a rug/sofa cleaning in living room but overall very clean. Small pool outside lanai was a big hit with all the small kids!!
