Very cozy outdoor and indoor social areas. Lots of things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting.

1- The owner was fantastic with communication!!! 2- Pictures do NOT do this house/cabin justice ! This place is beautiful!!! Very clean beds and other areas. Mattresses were super comfortable. The “cabin” is another house in itself !! We had 6 couples and 4 kids under age of 4. Plenty of privacy and room to scatter. The sunroom and sunrise view was amazing . Will stay again !!!!!!

Our kids and grandkids went with us for a spring break getaway. Beautiful home on the lake. Very clean and relaxing. Hope to go back again.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was spacious, clean and we really enjoyed the lakefront view. We were able to spend an afternoon kayaking in the lake. This property is in a good central location for Hot Springs/central Arkansas activities.

The property was perfect for our family Christmas. We had four families including a dozen grandchildren stay at the property. The kids had fun with grandma in the guest house playing ping pong and fuseball, while the adults had plenty of space for cards and games in the main house. Location was convenient and we spent a day at the Hot Springs National Park activities. With family in Texas and the Midwest, this was an excellent location for us to gather. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our large, multigenerational family gathering. There were so many lovely sleeping, gathering, eating, & game playing spaces. The outdoor space could not be beat. 2 fabulous decks next to the house had perfect views of the lake. The dock was our favorite hangout. The kids launched the kayaks from there, jumped off for swimming & our littles were able to swim & wade near the rock wall & loved digging for clams & other treasures. We had a wonderful time & would love to rent it again.

We had a group of 9, 4 generations ages 6-88. Everyone had a great time. Main house is all on one level, and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Water fun for everyone. Kayaking, swiming, fishing.

5 couples on vacation. House was plenty large enough to accommodate all of us easily. View from the house and boat dock was impressive. There were a couple broken light fixtures and other little things wrong when we arrived but overall everyone was extremely happy with the house.

Absolutely love this property!! This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home! It is so perfect for our large group! I love that the kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessities to accommodate cooking for a large group! There were 4 adults and 2 adolescents that stayed (very comfortably) in the guest cottage beside the house. Our group ranged in age 8-71 yrs old and everyone said their beds were super comfy! The large double covered boat dock was great since we brought 2 ski boats and a seado. We did leave all the trailers at the boat ramp all week, although if needed we could have easily fit them (along with the 5 vehicles) In parking area at the property! We had a couple of questions through out the week that we had to call property owners and he (Jason) was very prompt to respond and kindly help us.

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation.

We keep coming back for the owner is very cooperative and always does what is needed to make your stay outstanding. Highly recommend.

Property was not very clean. Cobwebs in breakfast room, light out over sink, blinds broke in breakfast room, light cover in Breakfast room broke. Cobwebs in sunroom. Patio table dirty with food droppings and sticky. We had to change air filters in 3 different places. Thick with dust. AC went out 2nd day there. It was 81 degrees in 3 of the bdrms. 2 families had to sleep on floor in the den for 2 nights. This was our 2nd stay in this house. Very surprised how many things were unattended. The house could really be awesome but needs attention. One of the owners reimbursed us 1000.00. Was nice but I feel like it needed to be totally refunded. We had to also go out and purchase fans because it took so long for the bedrooms to cool dwn. The day we left it finally oiled dwn to 70 with fans going

We had the absolute best time! House was very nice and had plenty of room! Will definitely be booking again!

This property is perfect for a large group! We were a group of 4 military families from different parts of the country who met up and reconnected in Hot Springs for a long weekend. There were 4 sets of parents and nine children who ranged in age from 2-11. Beautiful weather allowed us to spend the whole weekend out on the back deck and by the lake and on the dock. We brought life vests and went kayaking, we brought inflatable floats for the kids to swim off the dock, and a cornhole set for when it was just time to hang out. We had groceries delivered and cooked in the whole weekend and the kitchen was fully stocked for what we needed. There is so much sleeping and living space and plenty of bathrooms. Every bathroom listed has a shower! The six oldest kiddos loved being up in the guest house bunk room with a set of parents in the guest house queen bedroom! The entire property is clean, it is spacious and open, and the views out the back of the house are gorgeous! There is lots of privacy and parking and it's set back from the road in a beautiful neighborhood. Even if the weather had turned bad, we remarked that between the main house and guest house, we never would have felt cramped had we been forced to stay inside. The neighbors were lovely and welcoming, and we would absolutely return. We loved that it was in a cove that really cut down on boat traffic allowing us to just play and relax in peace!

This is our second stay at this property. This time for a large family reunion group. Upon arrival, it was clear the property had not been cleaned very well, or at least cleaned quickly. There were two beer cans in the backyard, a plastic bottle in the front, and the interior hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed. The property could also use a little TLC. Several lights not working or broken, the dock ladder unscrewed, and laying on the dock. The most concerning part was the concrete ramp down to the dock. It had just enough slickness to it that one of our guests slipped and fell. Could definitely use a re-texturizing or other slip proof features. That being said, this is a unique property on a very special spot. Perfect for large groups, especially with the guest house. I would definitely stay here again, just hoping to see some repairs and upgrades that need to be made.

We had 11 adults and plenty of room! Beds are comfy, bed linens are nice, showers are hot and AC is cold! Lake views are beautiful and the area is quiet. Everything you need is provided. We had a great time!

Overall our stay was nice & enjoyable. The check in process was quick/easy. The deck view was beautiful we had plenty of seating & space for everyone. We enjoyed fishing & kayaking at the dock. The owners provided the kayaks which made our experience even better! (The teenagers enjoyed it the fullest) There was plenty of utensils, washroom space, and laundry detergent. My only recommendation would be more laundry towels but we bought more. I’m pretty sure it would have been provided if we reached out but felt no need to worry the owners. I would highly recommend this property! (Very spacious, accommodating, and makes you feel at home. ) My visit from Florida to Arkansas was awesome!

Everything was great! Enough room for our whole group. We'll be back next year.

My guests and I really enjoyed this property. The pictures online do not do it justice. Check-in and check-out and instructions for both were clear and simple. We loved the sunroom and the dock for fishing!!

All areas were spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped, and great for accommodating our large family. The different recreation, sunroom, and family rooms gave us so many options and possibilities of being together as well as finding a place to read or play board games. The large dining table allowed us to have our meals together.

We had 13 people ages 1-60. Perfect property for large groups. I would highly recommend this property! Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for all.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights with another family. 12 kids total! It was perfect. The kids enjoyed kayaking, playing games in the cottage and hanging out in all the great spaces. The kitchen was well stocked (minus a few things that we contacted the manager about. ,Bowls, hot pads etc). Beds were comfortable. Plenty of paper producers, trash bags, etc for us to use while there.

This was our second annual visit with 10 friends. The property is really well provisioned. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds and how luxurious the linens were. We love the site - close to town and amenities, while being a quiet neighborhood. Sunrise pictures on the lake were a must. The property owner was very easy to reach and responsive to our questions and requests. We are planning to go back again next year. Thank you Jason!

This was exactly what was shown! Beautiful view of lake plenty of beds and relaxing space! The deck was our favorite!! We loved our stay here❤️

Hot springs is a great meet up point for several members of my family. Three sisters, spouses, grandparents and parents along with two little ones traveled to meet us at this fantastic retreat. The kitchen and grill were perfect for our first night in. We sat at the outdoor table and played cards while overlooking the water and waiting for our steaks to cook. The large dining room area was perfect for all 12 of us. Plenty of soft bed linens were provided and mattresses were very comfortable for sleeping. My nieces thought the bunk beds in the main house were amazing! Our family brought folding canvas chairs down to the dock on Saturday (3 Adirondack chairs were already in place) we fished from the dock then watched NCAA football on multiple satellite channels all afternoon and evening. Post site seeing and dinner we gathered for more cards and family time in the kitchen breakfast and bar area. We hated to leave this place and will book again soon. What a great experience!

Everything was as expected. Jason was very easy to contact. There are a few things that could be updated.

The property was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the water and the nice breeze and the use of the kayaks. I was very disappointed that the Xbox was not available. I suggest taking it off the amenities. The balcony area could use a nice blowing off….lots of spiders and webs everywhere. The ice maker did not work.

Everything was great and the property manager worked with us on early check in that helped with everyone arriving. Five stars!

Parking was plentiful, rooms nice and clean. Deck area was very large and accommodated everyone. Walk down to water was steep and hard to walk up if not in shape but floating docks were nice to fish and swim from.
