This unit is perfect. Although three years old, everything - from soft surfaces to hard - looks brand new. Very spacious, everything worked great. One watchout, we "city slickers" naively did not think about renting a car. There are no ubers, and apparently only 3 taxis in the city. We got superlucky, the taxi drivers were amazing and responsive. But we were not too smart to book a place a 10 minute drive out of the city... That is on us, not them, just sharing the advice. Again, we loved the accomodations. PS - We stayed in the "Mountain View" suite, and the name is not a lie!

Kristi is great in responding and superbly organized. As far as the property, once you pass a trailer park, some sore eyesight homes, and through dirt roads, it leads you to a nice newly built 4 apartment condo. Front view is nice of a mountain peak. Back view is a a bit of a mess, but that’s fine…the front view is better. Very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with some extras as like spices and oil. Distance from Steward is about 10 min by car. Grocery store is about 5 min by car. Just two things to note: WiFi is horrible …so if you’re trying to do work calls, it’ll be difficult for zoom. And there’s a coin operated laundry in the bathroom, so either bring quarters or Kristi provides change. ( honestly…why not just charge the extra $6 /day instead of coin operated? Not like tourists will invite their friends and family over for a free wash ) Overall: great management, comfy place, with everything you need provided. Location is a lot to be desired.

Sweet stay in this lovely apartment. Perfect for two couples. Clean, nicely furnished and just as advertised!

The condo itself was modern and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and the pullout futon was superior to a sofa bed. We were fortunate to have no neighbors to our left or below us the first two nights. All was quiet and serene. The last night all four units were booked and it was sooo loud. I could hear nothing but footsteps and doors opening and closing. I am sensitive to noise admittedly, but it was a rough night for all 4 members of our party. Also disliked the coin operated laundry. I am happy to pay for amenities, just include them in the intial cost. Otherwise, close to Seward, lots of parking and a clean and useful kicthen with responsive hosts

This is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet setting with a small deck and outside grill

Perfect place for me, my wife and our two young kids with room to spare for the grandparents! A well outfitted kitchen and grill were a nice change of pace for the family from resort restaurants as we loved to cook our fresh catch and breakfasts! Affordable coin laundry made us feel like we overpacked but was great for washing and drying out rain gear after a day of fishing. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The location was convenient to all things in and around Seward. The space was comfortable and well equipped. Check-in and communication were great.

Great location, just 7 minute drive to Seward and 6 to the Safeway grocery store. Kristi was very helpful with great communication from start to finish. Cleanliness gets 5 stars 🌟 Kitchen was stocked well for our cooking needs with quality cookware, silverware etc. It was obvious to us that Kristi cares that her guests are comfortable and that their needs are met!

Nice property. Ample, no hassle parking. Clean and cozy. Well appointed kitchen with some seasonings and condiments to get us by. Quiet and absolutely relaxing…so nice to sleep with windows open and hear the wind in the trees. Washer and dryer are coin operated (wasn’t aware of this when booking). Would stay again.

Really enjoyed lodging. Very quiet and new. Beds were comfortable and towels high end. Seward Restuarants are still struggling with staffing and it was great to have option to cook at home, get some popcorn and watch a movie. Nice hot water for everyone too.

This condo was very comfortable and convenient to Seward. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are plenty of fluffy towels. They even have cozy blankets around for snuggling on the couch.

This condo was absolutely perfect for two couples. Spotless, lovely rooms and the amenities were just right. Communication was great, checking in and out was easy. Our only regret was that we were staying longer so that we could take more advantage of it. If you are considering a stay in Seward I would strongly recommend this comfortable condo.

The condo was very clean, in good working order, modern inside and out. When the clouds part, one has a tremendous view of a mountain. The area appears safe. Use GPS to find it.

This vrbo was exactly as described. Beautiful, and clean 2 bedroom, 1 full bath apartment set in a wooded setting away from the hotels and other tourist area. Short drive (aprox. 2-3 miles) from harbor and downtown area. Easy to get to and from attractions.

Kristi was wonderful with communication prior to our stay...we were there for our son's wedding so it was nice to know everything was taken care of for our stay. The property was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountains. I highly recommend this property.

The whole family enjoyed our stay!!! Being able to book the entire lodge for a week was perfect for the whole family of 15, together but still had separate spaces. The kids loved running up and down the decks and exploring outside, eating the wild blueberries! Close enough that is was a short drive to downtown Seward. Beautiful views of the mountains, perfect place for Alaskan vacation!!!

We usually stay in downtown Seward when fishing but we decided to try Pacific Heights because the listing looked nice. They place is great! Clean, modern, well-equipped and in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Comfy beds. My only quibble is that I didn't realize the beds could not be converted from queen to two twins; we made do by putting one guy on the nice sofa bed but the place would not have accommodated four guys. GREAT communication with owner. Will stay again.

This property was excellent. It was clean and had brand new furnishings. It’s about 10 mins outside of downtown Seward but that’s no problem at all. We went into Seward everyday and had no trouble parking. The kitchen came with everything you would need and each condo had its own grill. We had a washer/dryer in ours which required quarters but laundry detergent was provided. I believe the beds were 2 doubles and there was a pull out couch. It had one bathroom that was very updated.

I highly recommend this Seward property. We went for the Silver Salmon Derby and it was perfect. Short drive to town and out unit was very nice. We'll definitely be staying again.
