Great open floor plan! Super inviting and very clean. We were visiting from PA for a family life cycle event. It was so nice to be able to go back to the house to relax and decompress. Highly recommend!!

Great location and stay in Boca

We spent a month in this comfortable home and absolutely loved it. It’s clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The backyard pool area was ideal and our doggies loved hanging out there too. The kitchen was well-equipped. And there were tons of towels and sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, everything you need is available. Best of all is that Kyle was so quickly responsive to any of our needs and we really appreciated that. And so friendly too! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and only a 2 mile walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. This was the best house we have ever rented in our many years of being snowbirds down in Florida. Highly recommended!!

This may be the BEST rental that I’ve ever stayed at!! From the furnished kitchen with snacks, cereal, bottled water, coffee, etc.,to the newly renovated bathrooms fully stocked with toiletries and crisp white bath towels. Plus, a great dog walking neighborhood!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family stayed here during our daughter’s wedding week! The home, property and backyard pool was so enjoyable. The home was very clean, sheets and towels were plentiful. It was very relaxing and we would certainly stay here again.

We found this property and completely fell in love with it. Everything that was described on the posting or listing was accurate to the T. The owners were super helpful in communicating with us and giving us the ins and Out of the area and we as a family thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be staying here again if the property is available highly recommend it.

Beautifully updated home in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We will always stay here when visiting Boca, it was perfect. Pool was a bonus!

This house is a gem. Great Boca location in quiet, safe, walking neighborhood with walking distance (1.5 miles) to beach. This is the 2nd year my husband and I and another couple rented this home for a month. We couldn’t be happier here for the month. About a mile and half to 95 so easy to get to all other locations north and south and because it’s so close to the beach we frequently drove on ocean Blvd to get many places. The home is as it is portrayed in the pictures. Nothing more, nothing less. Has adequate kitchen tools but could use more utensils. Last year we complained about not having a regular bbq ans this year we successfully used the charcoal grille and LOVED it. We had some house hiccups this season but Kyle is an excellent host and fixed these problems immediately or offered other solutions. He couldn’t have been any more responsive for things that were totally out of anyone’s control. I will be renting this home year after year if it’s available. It rents out VERY quickly. So if your interested book immediately. Don’t wait. It’s priced completely appropriately.

What an amazing house and amenities to match! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt both at home and truly like we were on vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous, spacious and modern and the lounging - both indoors and outdoors- suited our families perfectly. I highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean, everything was modern and working (and all as described), and Kyle was great to communicate with. Its in a lovely quiet residential neighborhood. I already tried to book this house for next year but someone else grabbed it up! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We are returning renters and absolutely love this home! It has everything we need, is spotless, modern and well cared for. Also, perfect location to beach, restaurants and entertainment in a very upscale neighborhood.

Just returned this week from a great stay at this property. Located in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient for grocery, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. House was clean and as pictured in the listing. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, etc. needed for cooking and having meals in the house. We had one very minor issue in the house and Kyle was incredibly responsive and had it taken care of within an hour of us reaching out. Already booked a future stay here for when we return to visit with family in the area!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great house with pool.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The only thing we could have asked differently would have been for the water not to be so warm in the pool this time of year. Other than that every thing was great. Communication with Kyle was spot on and was always available to help at all times. Will try and rent going forward for this area. We shall return.

House and pool are nice. Location is very convenient for restaurants and beach. We had a nice time. We plan to return to this property again.

Excellent location - just 15 min drive from family we were visiting in Deerfield Beach. Close to shopping, eating, whatever we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the heated pool. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice spacious family areas. Will rent again when we are in the area

The place was just as pictured!!!! House and decor were so cute, very inviting. Lots of natural light! Pool wasn’t heated but the sun warms it up plenty. The back yard is great for dogs! The neighborhood is very quiet and really pretty. We will definitely stay again!!

The house was clean and met our expectations. Close to everything. The pool was perfect and the outdoor nook was great for a BBQ with family. The only issue is the couch. It is a beautiful down couch but feathers come out. We covered with sheets and that did the trick. We would 100% rent this house again.

Will rent again when in the area.
