The balcony was fabulous. We enjoyed it first thing in the morning and then later at night after dinner. Great communication with the host made it really easy to locate.

Good location, a few minutes away from city center. Many nice restaurants nearby. We booked 2-bedroom apartment, it’s spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff was very friendly.

We are generally happy with it. Only the wifi was very weak and washing machine could use some cleaning.

A lovely little quaint hotel located in central Siena. Ate at the restaurant which was particularly good.

No parking and the shower wasn’t great, but otherwise good.

The place was huge and our family enjoyed the space. It was located in a fantastic, central location within a very easy walk to everything.

Wonderful, enormous apartment right in the heart of Siena. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There was a large double room, twin room and a double futon on a mezzanine. We originally booked just the two rooms but my youngest son really wanted to stay on the mezzanine and the owner very kindly allowed it. There is a lift which is helpful for luggage. Great car valet service as well - the drivers were very friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations. Definitely will stay there again and hopefully for longer next time!

Location was very convenient and very easy for us to get to the location we intended to get to. For example the restaurants for lunch and dinner and the attractions. The staff was also very helpful for parking our car and retrieving it.

Absolutely incredible. It is a very small hotel with only a few rooms and I was the only guest. The owner’s hospitality was unparalleled, even creating an extraordinary breakfast up in the dining room, just for me. On top of that, it is literally a 2 minute walk to the square. This place is as close to perfect as you’ll get!!
