Fantastisk god beliggenhed i forhold til centrum. Dejlig morgenmad, med alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Dog var morgenmads restauranten i en anden bygning - det var fint for en varm sommerdag og huset var en smuk gammel villa - men man kunne godt gøre opmærksom på det i annoncen for hotellet. Værelset var stort, der var ingen støj fra vej eller andre gæster.

Lounge med adgang til have var lukket fra klokken 16.00. Det synes jeg var ringe. En enkelt dag var vores rengøring mangelfuld, men de øvrige tre rigtig fin.

Good location , but nobody stays there unless they are having dental work done in the dentist on the ground floor.. no facilities whatsoever.. no bar or anything.. it’s awful

Large suite with a wonderful balcony opposite a park. One of the best hotel beds I ever slept in, and all amenities you would want, including a capsule coffee maker. The location is ideal - everything is in walking distance.

Parking is a bit expensive. If you don't mind walking 150 meters you can park in the garage of the court for 9 EUR

two issues, 1/ Given its location near the old city, the Villa stands on the tram line and near a major traffic junction which leads to significant road noise, so seek rooms at the back of the property if possible. 2/ The breakfast at the Villa actually is at a nearby guest house rather than at the property, and although ok did not include a cooked offering. Frankly not really to a good standard

The room and the area around the hotel are very nice, just like the pictures. All clean, minimalist, modern. The check-in process, during normal times, would have been very polished and nice (we got an email with codes and instructions that led to us going straight to our room without needing to check-in or talk to anyone. the check out process would have simply been "leave the access cards in the room when you leave), though there were a couple of issues for us. The location is very good, a short walk from Leipzig Hbf.

It's largely not the property's fault but we had a bit of trouble arriving by car. The street with the gate for cars looks on maps like it's a normal street but there's an American consulate behind the property, which has resulted in a large chunk of the street being closed, so it's only possible to approach the property from one end of the street. In addition, the one end of the street that gives access to the property was literally a construction site. We ended up getting instructions from one of the police officers guarding the American consulate. It would be great if the property could update their instructional email with directions for reaching the property during construction. If this had been done, our stay would have been perfect.

I liked everything! It was a joy for a first visit to Leipzig. The light filled and spacious room with the fine facilities made for a very pleasant stay

The fact that there was no Reception staff after 4pm on arrival but this slight blemish was replaced by the greeting and assistance of MR Voss himself!
